    @ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

    @ThreeUKSupport A few weeks. I’m still ok roaming on KPN NL but didn’t try deregister / register again just in case, sounds strange she can register on any BE network, will see when she cross back to NL later today if she got same issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport I emailed your CEO, I received an email response from your Exec Office, quoting my complaint ref and a number to call them on should I wish to discuss matters. When I call the number it takes me to CS and when I email, people call me back and say they cant deal as it's with Exec!

    After my phone decided to black screen of death yesterday I have now had to upgrade to an iphone 12 things I found out... repair shops are crap The apple store is lovely if you want to wait 25 mins to get in Going back to @ThreeUK meant walking out with a phone in 10 mins
