@ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

@ThreeUK Is there an issue with 3G / 4G in the SS2 area ? It’s dropped right down for nearly two weeks now with barely two bars most of the time and often drops out completely. Normally it’s very good and no problem at all.

@ThreeUKSupport Hopefully it will be ok. I'm going to set up today. It didn't help that there were two boxes in there and one was heavier than the other so it was going to happen. Maybe use some boxes from now on, which would be kinder to the environment rather than a plastic bag.

@ThreeUKSupport 3/ Just that we have a great connection without any issues. This is disgraceful dereliction of service and our plan for migrating all 7 of our contracts away from @ThreeUK shall be as fast it possibly can be. So unhappy right now 😡
