@ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

@ThreeUKSupport I wish had cancelled the direct debit to #three for the SIM card that's not been in use since 17th May because £24.05 wouldn't have just been taken from my bank account. After using PAC code I have still not received a final bill and billed for something that's in the bin! #fail

@Lucy88523535 @ThreeUK Omg!! I have the exact same thing. Since Friday my phone is blocked and they keep saying 24 hours. It's still not working. Did they finally resolve it for you? Can't even get a pac until it's reactivated. Nightmare!!

@ThreeUKSupport I'm afraid this isn't good enough. I have a sick baby and need to call a doctor and my insurers. I now have no way of being able to call them due to this problem. Is it a technical fault with the hw or a sw update issue?

@ThreeUKSupport sent the broadband modem back on 14th May, you received it on 16th. Just spoken to customer services, they said it can take 14 working days to cancel the contract, which, taking into account bank holidays, is tomorrow. Apparently the payment will be refunded then.
