    @ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

    @ThreeUK Our 5G home broadband is down again. No SMS to warn in advance and your website says 'We’re performing network upgrades in your area' with no estimate for when this will be working agin. Live chat doesn't work. Awful service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I returned a modem as agreed with Three but they’ve taken a payment. Sadly I’m not surprised based on all the trouble I’ve had with them.
