@ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

@ThreeUK am I going going to be compensated for the internet outages in my area? I had texts informing me about work in the EH42 1BD are in Scotland, and my phone internet is for work. Im losing out on business. Long term customer with the unlimited internet deal and cant use it.
