She also stopped the DD from.jer bank. Two months later she was asked to pay £30 for some reason. It was never explained why. I tried contacting you guys via phone.

Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

It is impossible to speak with someone in billing and I need urgent resolution of this
