    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kymberlie. My mother cancelled her three account as she was in hospital for an extended period of time. She also stopped the DD from.jer bank. Two months later she was asked to pay ยฃ30 for some reason. It was never explained why. I tried contacting you guys via phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

    @ThreeUKSupport The account was cancelled in 2016 and transferred to me, I set up a new direct debit, but you continued taking from my father as well as me. It is impossible to speak with someone in billing and I need urgent resolution of this

    @ThreeUKSupport I cannot go into enough detail on the issues I've been having with you. But apparently according to your customer service I ordered 1 SIM on a 2 for 1 SIM offer, which makes little sense. Despite actually using your "connect together" program.

    @panks_79 @ThreeUKSupport My current phone is broken, but you've saved me. There was a separate section of the Three website for pay-as-you-go ๐Ÿ™ˆ Which is weird, because I've had to go through an entire different page to buy the same phone I was trying to buy anyway haha Thanks Craig!

    @ThreeUK Iโ€™ve had no calls or mobile data on 2 business lines since mid-Feb 2026. Multiple contacts, SIM & eSIM changes, still unresolved. Formal complaint sent 12 March โ€“ no acknowledgement received. This is now a serious business impact. Please escalate urgently

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m currently in Thailand and my three sim has stopped working. I canโ€™t receive any messages. When I go to login on my online account it wants me to give an access code sent via text. Is there an option to gain access to my account via Email/password only
