    @ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

    Since I reported the problem, I was advised by @ThreeUK that a complaint has been raised which is another way of kicking it into the long grass. I should not have to pay if I am getting no coverage in so many areas which is a real problem for me.

    Never use @ThreeUK as a service provider. They don’t cancel plans when you ask. Charge you more than they should. And then promise three times in 3 weeks that the refund had been processed. When it hadn’t. Disgusting

    @ThreeUK very disappointing service. My sim has been blocked twice in one week with no reason or explanation. No one has been able to help me and a refund has been refused. Very disappointed. I expected more from three.
