    @ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

    @ThreeUK new sim still not activated over a day, without mobile phone service and been told would require yet another sim. Online chats down, phone support said issue in area until Wednesday. #threeuk #three #networkdown

    @CherieW34879696 @ThreeUK Feel the same about ours and all they do when I chat to them is try and blame it on my WiFi box when it's clearly just their signal 😔

    Went down to the @ThreeUK shop today, supposedly fixed...nope! Still no Internet! They said iffy connection in the unit...did they replace it after it took him over an hour of fiddling...no! Just said...be careful! Are you kidding! So I've been paying for zero Internet since aug
