@ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. She has already spoken to customer service and they said she would have to pay. But how can she start a new contract without the person in the three store cancelling the previous one. This is leaving her very worried about money and being cut off with her phone

Some terrible customer experience from both @google and @ThreeUK - new Pixel 7 for my wife, the display underneath the gorilla glass is clearly broken - cracks all through it and no longer even displays anything. Three won't replace it as we didn't take out insurance 1/2

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Also fix the goddamn mobile network issue at RG31 6FR Purley area. It’s been nearly two months!!!! since we have issues with network - no towers shown or just one tower most of the time. Been missing important calls and text. Seriously!!! Come on!!!😡😡😡😡😡

After nearly 20 years with @ThreeUK, I'm switching to O2/VirginMedia. Never had any major issues with 3 & got good deals in the past, but I travel to the EU quite a lot, so greedily bringing back EU roaming charges when O2 haven't was the clincher. Also got a good deal with @O2
