    @ThreeUK new sim still not activated over a day, without mobile phone service and been told would require yet another sim. Online chats down, phone support said issue in area until Wednesday. #threeuk #three #networkdown

    @ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

    @StuartMilne1970 @ThreeUK @EE im probably not noticing it much because at home im on my own wifi all the time...usually comes down to price in the past they were definitely the cheapest...that is probably not the case now

    @ThreeUKSupport just picked up the 5G hub and so frustrated, only Apple devices get upload speeds, TV's lag or won't stream when connected despite speed test showing 700mbps download speeds, support blame the devices and not the hub, about to cancel we think 🤬

    @ThreeUK hey I think my bill went up from 16.66 to £23 as I'm not a student anymore 🥲 I didn't get all Karen tho, you're a great network. Long shot rly is but is there any chance we can add South Korea to the roaming list? I'm moving soon for work, would help out sooooo much 🙏x

    @ThreeUKSupport — ongoing very poor to nil data connectivity and poor voice connectivity in and around PA18 6AA despite assurances it had been fixed. Is there still a problem at this location?

    @ThreeUK why do I get amazingly fast download speeds of like 700/800mbit but pathetically bad upload speeds of 9mbit on three 5G? I've seen people getting over 100mbit upload, why does my 5G mast not do it ?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for reply. As long as I know it is on the way. Customer services basically said that I may never have it as it’s been stopped. As a business customer, it’s the main thing stopping us moving other numbers to three as we need online billing & management instead of paper.

    @ThreeUK had enough of paying for my phone bill now, over 2 months of barely any if any network, and unable to make calls.
