    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    @brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve going to cancel it as I’ve found a cheaper contract for a newer phone, I’ve tried the link so I can cancel via the ‘chat online’ option but it says it’s offline even though the times state someone should be online. Please could I have some assistance cancelling please.

    @ThreeUKSupport love having no service all day when my bill is payed. All calls go to the three service then says I have no outstanding balance and hangs up on me. Great service not!!!

    @peterkin1010 @MattSmithIsARed @ThreeUK I travel all over as part of my job and its not a localised issue, I've lost count of the number of times I've had to pull over and put my phone in and out of airplane mode to get a call back and I know of colleagues who have to do the same on both Android and Apple phones

    Is anyone else on @ThreeUK ? They fully locked me of all calls and Internet and left with only emergency calls .. today.. everyday my network says I'm out of Internet.. when I've unlimited everything... strange or just disrespectful since I've paid my bill 11/12 earlier
