@ThreeUKSupport It's located at B48 7BX. It's a Huawei B525. I had issues a few months ago which cleared up in a week. I now have issues again over the past three days where I have strong signal and strong download speeds but it doesn't do anything. Web pages fail to load and apps don't work.

And over 5 hours later, no reply, I eventually got through to customer services who asked me the same question over and over then told me an engineer would call me, that never happened Thanks @ThreeUKSupport for no support at all
