@ThreeUK hey, you incorrectly stopped my husbands sim whilst he is serving overseas. His replacement sim has now been lost. We have used your company for years and are not happy - he was having issues before he went, was told a sim would be here the following week -

@ThreeUKSupport I’m having issues with a game. Their support says to check to make sure certain ports are open but port forwarding is not an option when I log in to the router on the browser.

Called, spoke to a lady who took my tracking number and confirmed that they’d received it back at the end of February. But “don’t worry,” they will get that contract cancelled for me. Shambles. Joke company - and I’m stupid enough to have been with them for years. @ThreeUK.

@ThreeUKSupport @andre81137478 You more or less said the same to me about 5 years ago when i was in Bath. You tried blaming a tree or high buildings, it was none of them. I joined @EE and magically never had a signal problem. You're lucky people have WiFi at home otherwise you'd get a lot lot more complaints
