    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Spoke to Three UK customer care in India. Three UK have instructed staff NOT TO ESCALATE any issues. You can't complain to Three UK, so they can say, there are no unhappy customers

    @ThreeUKSupport Yup. Have followed the instructions on your previous tweet. Set the roaming and APN as requested, Wi-Fi turned off. Spending allowance increased. I bought a passport last night with no trouble. Still goes nowhere now.

    Bit of advice.. never go with @ThreeUK. Not delivering what’s agreed, refusing to put you to complaints, poor customer service all around. Had to escalate to CEO 👍

    @ThreeUKSupport Apparently they can’t help only a manager can, and there’s no managers in today, not even a team leader of pod leader. The whole chat centre is completely manager-less today! Which I find very surprising
