    @ThreeUKSupport No 9ne will help me. I spoke to them and they said no one is working in cancellations convenientjy. They all working in new contracts though. I have several accounts with three been with you over 15 years and don't intend to change that except for this one

    What is happening @ThreeUK ?? I have spent over four hours trying to cancel a long dead number that I was promised was cancelled two years ago. I have spoken with 6 different people on three separate occasions and been promised it has been cancelled only to find it hasn't!

    Is anyone else really struggling with @ThreeUK and their account. I have tried three times to cancel an account with them (that should have been cancelled two years ago!)> They have promised that it has been cancelled and I will have a 6 month refund but STILL not cancelled.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. I can login now, but when I went to #Caffenero to get my usual order (a coffee with added marshmallows) it was £1.45 instead of £1 like it was last time. The barista said the Marshmallows are 45p, but the Three+ offer says they should be Included & cost only £1. Any idea why?

    @ThreeUKSupport 4 months taking double payment from my bank account through an incorrect contract set up by Three to be told we will refund you £5 still no phone line for the past month no one had returned my emails/calls i want out of Three dreadful service!
