-
Sarah Loates (@SarahLoates) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Kim, appreciated its not the wait time that’s the issue it’s the cancellation process which is long winded and a poor customer experience. 3 need to sort the process. Nobody likes to lose a customer but making them jump through hoops just annoys them.
-
Rhys Adams (@rhysadams) reported from Belper, England@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.
-
スティーブンドブソン (@steedobson87) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Have you not scrolled up to see the previous tweets I sent? Daniel Pikett 🏳️🌈 East Midlands 🏹 (@DanDanSEND) reported from Derbyshire, England@DiegoMarahawner @ThreeUK They somehow changed my contract plan- I ended up with £103 bill and they admitted it was their mistake. Being transferred to their customer relations team 3 times was not fun either, I never actually reached them, even after hour & half wait each time.
-
Ian Thurman (@thewickingman) reported from Youlgreave, England@ThreeUKSupport No I don't have an account with you. The phone was for an address in London. I don't recall when I had the Chat. I've tried to help you out. Over to you to get my details from your Chat system.
-
VighneshThyagarajan (@VighneshNT) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUKSupport well! It didn't help either. And now they can't change the delivery address too if need be. So I'm stuck without my new device for the next two weeks.
-
スティーブンドブソン (@steedobson87) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUKSupport A customer of nearly 10 years?! Disgusting!
-

-
Sarah Loates (@SarahLoates) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Petey the other options do sound a much easier process. My experience calling 333, is your time is wasted being persuaded not to leave, if a customer makes it clear they wish to cancel I feel you should get put straight through to the cancellation team, it took me 40 mins.
-
Tony B (@Saltbar) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Furthermore, I'm not encouraged by the low ratings given to the app on Google Play. There seems to be an issue with connecting the app to the hub. Can you reassure me?
-
Tony B (@Saltbar) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I'm a bit confused. I'm at DE21 6RD. Your coverage checker says I have 5G in my area but yet I cannot get 5G Hub Home Broadband. Why is that? Also can I connect my Google WiFi mesh network into hub router?
-
Merv Spencer Photography (@mervspencer) reported from Belper, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks @ThreeUKSupport - I’ve now answered your message, but heard nothing back from my questions. And issues still not sorted!

Craig 🧣 (@cmckopite1983) reportedTruly awful company to be with @ThreeUKSupport can't wait to leave.
-
Jonathan 🇺🇦 (@GayToryJon) reportedHow odd, whenever I get one of these calls claiming to be from @ThreeUKSupport and I tell them I’m 3 staff (I’m not) so if they tell me their name and staff code so I can locate them in the company directory they always hang up. Almost as if they weren’t really from 3….
-
Aston (@4ston420) reported@skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK Ooh I didn't know they merged with Vodafone 😐 that says alot tbh... They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money... Make it make sense 🤔 just daylight robbery
-
Will Sutton (@SuttonThings) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three are a terrible company, I had a similar issue! Same with Vodafone too. I had to go back to the UK just to get it working again
-
Nick P (@198kHz) reported@ThreeUKSupport Hi good morning. I have a PAYG Sim Only deal with you and my balance is currently over £100. Have I set it up wrong as I only really use it for radio work. Are you able to help?
-
Tristan Lane (@Tristan27856485) reported@ThreeUK @VodafoneUK seriously what are doing with the network in Cambridgeshire?
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
-
Thomas Pigg (@pigg_thomas) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh wow I didn’t realise they did that Find a solution ?
-
Alf ❤️🔥 (@IndieDevFire) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Use TOTP 2FA instead of Texts. It's safer and you avoid this problem
-
GIFTSpromo (@Gpromo_UK) reported@ThreeUK "Life Needs a Big Network" You're right, when exactly are you going to actually provide it?
