@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Petey the other options do sound a much easier process. My experience calling 333, is your time is wasted being persuaded not to leave, if a customer makes it clear they wish to cancel I feel you should get put straight through to the cancellation team, it took me 40 mins.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm a bit confused. I'm at DE21 6RD. Your coverage checker says I have 5G in my area but yet I cannot get 5G Hub Home Broadband. Why is that? Also can I connect my Google WiFi mesh network into hub router?

@DiegoMarahawner @ThreeUK They somehow changed my contract plan- I ended up with £103 bill and they admitted it was their mistake. Being transferred to their customer relations team 3 times was not fun either, I never actually reached them, even after hour & half wait each time.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Kim, appreciated its not the wait time that’s the issue it’s the cancellation process which is long winded and a poor customer experience. 3 need to sort the process. Nobody likes to lose a customer but making them jump through hoops just annoys them.

@HippyRockChick @ThreeUK 3 are rubbish. My daughter & I each bought from 3. Problems for 2 years. Their managers are truly indifferent. I was passed around 3 departments last time. Noone had a clue. They have told me every time that there is poor coverage, yet do nothing about it. Avoid them.
