@DiegoMarahawner @ThreeUK They somehow changed my contract plan- I ended up with £103 bill and they admitted it was their mistake. Being transferred to their customer relations team 3 times was not fun either, I never actually reached them, even after hour & half wait each time.

So my @ThreeUK phone bill in two years has jumped from £34 to £64 to now £69...well come next month when my contract is up I won't be renewing...**** paying £70 for a two year phone.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I get not having an exact timeline but can you tell me if yoy expect this to go on for hours or to for days/weeks? As I'm draining mobile data I need to know how much this service outage will cost me, and if you'll reimburse me in my monthly bill for services not provided.
