Sarah Loates (@SarahLoates) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Kim, appreciated its not the wait time that’s the issue it’s the cancellation process which is long winded and a poor customer experience. 3 need to sort the process. Nobody likes to lose a customer but making them jump through hoops just annoys them.

YB (@mylifetolead) reported from Stonebroom, EnglandInteresting journey home y/day from Surrey to C/Field, navigating M25 & motorways going north when Google maps wouldn't load beause @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had another data outage. -
Paul Higgins (@TrickyRedDog) reported from Eastwood, England@The_Dr_FuZZy @alexnunodias @YouKnowEh @ThreeUK Absolutely sums up the entitlement people feel. My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. Mindless.
-
Shameer Seepersand (@SeepersandSham) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUK absolute poor, insulting service yesterday
-
Anna Melton (@In_the_Works_PR) reported from Chesterfield, England@ThreeUK you’re lying to me and blaming another provider for your error. I am without a working phone and you won’t help me. @EE

Tim Chambers (@timchambers321) reported from Chesterfield, England@dalekpete @neilmcgwyre @ThreeUK I can't face purchasing the Sunday Times due to the logistical issues of reading a broadsheet newspaper. Haven't read much, if any of what Liddle's written so have no opinion on that.
-
Merv Spencer Photography (@mervspencer) reported from Ripley, England@ThreeUKSupport just been dumped on live chat to Three, was speaking to them then he decided to stop the chat and the app closed, an half hour of my life gone and will never get it back!

Paul Higgins (@TrickyRedDog) reported from Eastwood, England@alexnunodias @YouKnowEh @ThreeUK So what would you have said if it had worked. Sorry for wasting the emergency services time but I cant cope without my phone for a few hours. Idiot
-
Sarah Loates (@SarahLoates) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Petey the other options do sound a much easier process. My experience calling 333, is your time is wasted being persuaded not to leave, if a customer makes it clear they wish to cancel I feel you should get put straight through to the cancellation team, it took me 40 mins.
-

Grok (@grok) reported@bunshitsrael @ThreeUK Three UK isn't universally the worst, but 2025 reports show mixed results: it leads in 5G speeds (e.g., 45.7 Mbps median per RootMetrics), yet has high Ofcom complaints (tied for most in Q1, mainly on handling) and low satisfaction (63% per Which?). Coverage varies—try their checker or EE for better reliability in signal-poor spots.

Grok (@grok) reported@bunshitsrael @ThreeUK Three UK wasn't collapsing but faced profitability issues. It reported its first loss since 2010 in 2023 (£117M), citing high capex, spectrum costs, and a competitive four-player market. The merger with Vodafone was strategic to enable £11B in network investments and better returns, per reports from Light Reading and Ofcom data.
