@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Petey the other options do sound a much easier process. My experience calling 333, is your time is wasted being persuaded not to leave, if a customer makes it clear they wish to cancel I feel you should get put straight through to the cancellation team, it took me 40 mins.

RoadOus (@RoadOusMusic) reported from South Normanton, England
Is your phone network down or something @ThreeUK as I’ve not received one Happey Valentines of anyone 🤔
-
Merv Spencer Photography (@mervspencer) reported from Belper, England
@ThreeUKSupport - abysmal service & customer service from you. No reply to emails, DM’s or online chat. Please contact me before I feel I have no choice than to go to @Ofcom to complain!
-
Anna Melton (@In_the_Works_PR) reported from Chesterfield, England
@ThreeUK you’re lying to me and blaming another provider for your error. I am without a warming phone and you won’t help me.

Tim Chambers (@timchambers321) reported from Chesterfield, England
@dalekpete @neilmcgwyre @ThreeUK I can't face purchasing the Sunday Times due to the logistical issues of reading a broadsheet newspaper. Haven't read much, if any of what Liddle's written so have no opinion on that.

Merv Spencer Photography (@mervspencer) reported from Belper, England
@ThreeUKSupport Thanks @ThreeUKSupport - I’ve now answered your message, but heard nothing back from my questions. And issues still not sorted!

@ThreeUK phoned up yesterday wanting to upgrade 2 contracts! Agreed a price! You then had a system issue and promised to ring me back! Still waiting! Don't you want my money or do I need to take my custome elsewhere! #poorservice

Chris Auton (@Tracker1972) reported from Chesterfield, England
@ThreeUKSupport last two contacts with support included offering a follow up call about the mobile broadband issues everyone is having, didn't happen and a promise of "compensation when it's all over" but no indication of when the mobile broadband disaster will be over. Any idea?

Paul Higgins (@TrickyRedDog) reported from Eastwood, England
@The_Dr_FuZZy @alexnunodias @YouKnowEh @ThreeUK Absolutely sums up the entitlement people feel. My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. Mindless.

Daniel Pikett 🏳️🌈 East Midlands 🏹 (@DanDanSEND) reported from Derbyshire, England
@DiegoMarahawner @ThreeUK They somehow changed my contract plan- I ended up with £103 bill and they admitted it was their mistake. Being transferred to their customer relations team 3 times was not fun either, I never actually reached them, even after hour & half wait each time.
-
YB (@mylifetolead) reported from Stonebroom, England
Interesting journey home y/day from Surrey to C/Field, navigating M25 & motorways going north when Google maps wouldn't load beause @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had another data outage. Thankfully, my inner scout has vauge sense of direction. #nothappy #notwhatipaidfor #nearlylost
-
Sarah Loates (@SarahLoates) reported from Derbyshire, England
@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Kim, appreciated its not the wait time that’s the issue it’s the cancellation process which is long winded and a poor customer experience. 3 need to sort the process. Nobody likes to lose a customer but making them jump through hoops just annoys them.
-
Shameer Seepersand (@SeepersandSham) reported from Derbyshire, England
@ThreeUK absolute poor, insulting service yesterday

@alice_fearn @ThreeUK Babe I dunno why but mind been the same for the past week. Never had it this bad!
-
Fiona McLean Photography (@fmcleanphoto) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland
@ThreeUKSupport It was disappointing you gave no further reply after I showed it wasn’t the cache & offered zero help whatsoever. Fortunately I was able to find another way to get an add on that didn’t require logging in to the site. As I said, this is exactly the service I’ve come to expect.
-
BJGerman (@TheWhiteWolfXBO) reported
@ThreeUK hi. Im a new customer with your 5G mobile broadband. Me and my partner both use it but we found too many devices connected to it will slow it down a lot. Would I be able to get another one so me and my parter both have one so we don't slow each other down?
-
Grace (@Grace390436551) reported
@ThreeUK absolutely disgraceful customer service. Wi-Fi is slow and has never worked properly and charging extortionate exit fees despite always ‘having trouble in my area’ now I can’t speak to anyone about network difficulties as incompetent staff have input my data wrong!
-
Alice Fearn (@alice_fearn) reported
@BenjaminEHowe @Jamesontweets @ThreeUK Can’t get ANY signal. Literally nothing. So rely on WiFi calls and texts
-
Leigh Thompson (@leight79) reported
@ThreeUKSupport It’s just all over London. I’m lucky to get 4G let alone 5G. Service is incredibly poor.
-
Val (@thevalmarques) reported
@alice_fearn @ThreeUK Vodaphone is good unless you're in the King's Cross area, which is a blackhole of signal. Also it's still not working with tube wifi, other than that, it's pretty reliable.
-
Ben (@BenjaminEHowe) reported
@alice_fearn @Jamesontweets @ThreeUK If you're not sure (and I don't think anything is certain when it comes to mobile signal!) then you could always test it using a Pay As You Go SIM? And you can be sneaky with "virtual" netowkrs – e.g. Giffgaff and Sky use O2, Lebara and TalkMobile use Vodafone :-)
-
Stokes Lets Go! 🎧 (@StokesLetsGo) reported
@ThreeUK @OfficialRandL Does this mean it’ll be the first festival ever where I’ll get signal on my 3 phone 👀
-
Graham Heatley (@grahamrobert76) reported
@ThreeUK how to lose a loyal customer of many years.... Tell them you'll cancel their contract and invite them onto another without historic 'go roam'. #threefail
