    @O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Petey the other options do sound a much easier process. My experience calling 333, is your time is wasted being persuaded not to leave, if a customer makes it clear they wish to cancel I feel you should get put straight through to the cancellation team, it took me 40 mins.

    @DiegoMarahawner @ThreeUK They somehow changed my contract plan- I ended up with £103 bill and they admitted it was their mistake. Being transferred to their customer relations team 3 times was not fun either, I never actually reached them, even after hour & half wait each time.

    @ThreeUKSupport last two contacts with support included offering a follow up call about the mobile broadband issues everyone is having, didn't happen and a promise of "compensation when it's all over" but no indication of when the mobile broadband disaster will be over. Any idea?

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Kim, appreciated its not the wait time that’s the issue it’s the cancellation process which is long winded and a poor customer experience. 3 need to sort the process. Nobody likes to lose a customer but making them jump through hoops just annoys them.

    @noodlemaz @ThreeUK @TfL Yeah it’s rubbish.. never had any signal on the three Wi-Fi on Elizabeth line, ended up leaving when they hiked my contract price and went with lebara which has no pretend Wi-Fi but is also a fraction of the cost and has better signal

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, but that won’t make any difference to the fact that Three mast site plays up I lose my phone AND broadband. Poor risk assessment on my part! Will have to ditch either Three mobile or Three broadband to spread the risk.

    @ThreeUK why can I no longer upgrade my phone contract online with the support of the online chat? I got a very unhelpful advisor who wouldn’t talk me through any of the options and just told me to go into store. If that’s the way I’m treated in future I’ll just change provider!
