One having prepaid data allowance is not showing as credited to my account. Such poor experience is really disappointing as I am a returning customer having enjoyed much better service with a GSM iPad.

Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.
