@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. @ThreeUKSupport There wasn't. Ironically the connection dropped and the chat window ended the the chat. I asked what are my options, clearly the service isn't right. I'd rather we come to a sensible conclusion and I'll go wired with someone else.
