My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. It is my understanding @ThreeUK have a duty to provide the deadlock letter if a customer is not satisfied with a complaint. Phone companies are required to provide this letter but three are refusing. @OmbudServices i have already made a complaint, how else can I get this letter?
