    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Petey the other options do sound a much easier process. My experience calling 333, is your time is wasted being persuaded not to leave, if a customer makes it clear they wish to cancel I feel you should get put straight through to the cancellation team, it took me 40 mins.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Kim, appreciated its not the wait time that’s the issue it’s the cancellation process which is long winded and a poor customer experience. 3 need to sort the process. Nobody likes to lose a customer but making them jump through hoops just annoys them.

    @martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.

    @ThreeUK Switch to Three. After your contract is up they sting you with a 27% increase if you don't sign for another fixed term. I didn't sign because signal at home is so bad, reported it times and still most calls at home go straight to voicemail. Now looking for a good roaming deal.

I'm a firm believer that companies give the same slow shitty connection a different name so they can charge people more money. Thanks for the help Ben
