    @ThreeUKSupport Since three had issues with their network a few weeks ago I realised there was a problem. Overall I would say three months since service started to diminish. My first two years on three were excellent but since my latest renewal it’s not been as good.

    Looking for recommendations, my wife is due an upgrade with @ThreeUK but after bad experiences (very poor customer service) i'm looking for a better provider. Any help appreciated. Looking to spend between £35/45 a month for a decent phone and contract!

    @ThreeUK Not for me. 3rd full day without mobile data. Not good enough 3. And before you suggest it @ThreeUK I've tried switching it on and off several times and doing a manual network roam. When I rang 333 they were worse than useless - said they couldn't do anything basically

    @ThreeUK phoned up yesterday wanting to upgrade 2 contracts! Agreed a price! You then had a system issue and promised to ring me back! Still waiting! Don't you want my money or do I need to take my custome elsewhere! #poorservice

My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. Mindless.

    Once again @ThreeUK service on mobile is terrible. S8 in Sheffield and I can’t use data at all without WiFi on. This is another week with poor service. Turned phone one and off, data on and off but nothing improves

    @ThreeUKSupport traveling around Glasgow and I’m not able to to get decent internet on my mobile anywhere since yesterday, at G51 4BN my phone says I have full 5G but I’m unable to use streaming apps on the bus that I usually do. Restarted my phone didn’t help. Any ideas?

    When you're on a writing roll, return home to find WiFi is out, @ThreeUKSupport starts DM support and then closes shop to redirect to a live chat which isn't able to provide support and redirects to a phone number that is closed. Two hours in total and no solution. Aye.

    @ThreeUKSupport The outcome is as always "rest assured, it is fine and sorted" - and an assurance I'll get a resolution, but nothing. No compensation. As yet, no sim card (though I'm assured I will). Yes, I got a reference number. Will Dm it.

    @ThreeUKSupport No problem, thank you, the issue i personally found with your website is how very confusing i found it when navigating and looking for what i needed. I was also asked to login 4 times and add an activation code just as many, its like your website pages are seperate not unified

    @welsh_ad @ThreeUK I've literally never switched, and can get a deal with Vodafone that includes roaming, though it is a bit more expensive... But maybe the hassle factor is too much to bother.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your online chat system is really awful. I've been waiting for *6 months* for my replacement sim, with a number I've had with Three on a contract for more than TEN YEARS. Your online chat people say it was sent & then say it wasn't sent, and then say it was sent!
