If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

Tell my why my contracts £8 a month for my grandma's phone and they've charged me £90+ for 2 months and when I try to cancel they try to charge me a cancellation fee😡🤬

But if I do that I end up paying £20 more per month for the phone, and I've lost out on the Samsung offer for £300, that I was eligible for after purchasing the phone when I did. I'm really unhappy 😭
