Tell my why my contracts £8 a month for my grandma's phone and they've charged me £90+ for 2 months and when I try to cancel they try to charge me a cancellation fee😡🤬

I asked what are my options, clearly the service isn't right. I'd rather we come to a sensible conclusion and I'll go wired with someone else.
