    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Kim, appreciated its not the wait time that’s the issue it’s the cancellation process which is long winded and a poor customer experience. 3 need to sort the process. Nobody likes to lose a customer but making them jump through hoops just annoys them.

My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. Mindless.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Petey the other options do sound a much easier process. My experience calling 333, is your time is wasted being persuaded not to leave, if a customer makes it clear they wish to cancel I feel you should get put straight through to the cancellation team, it took me 40 mins.

    @John_Ogden @ThreeUKSupport They seem to have stopped rollout because it’s based on a QR code printed on a bit card. Not sure why they could not generate the QR on demand via the website. Also I read somewhere that you can be without service for days as they deactivate your old sim when putting in the post

    @John_Ogden @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK It’s probably because we do not have proper web account access to our work numbers. Would be handy to have when three’s signal is poor to switch to another network. Less of an issue with the no travel. Not used any significant mobile data for a year!

    @remenos @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport That’s awful. I think a number of companies don’t say anything. We’ve had at least two contracts where we were out of contract & weren’t notified. So long as they can take the money out, they don’t seem bothered. They exploit the fact people don’t or can’t review prices.

    @remenos @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Understandably so. I had an issue with Talkmobile and the ombudsman process took a while, but it did help force their hand to offer amends. Was with Virgin Mobile for years. Found them hopeless. Don’t have a high opinion of any of them. Have stayed with O2 simply for convenience.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been unable to access my account; PWD manager stored pass did not work on web and every attempt to change it fails with my3auth.text.generic.error. Same issue with your mobile app. I've seen others report this in the past week; when will this be fixed?

    @John_Ogden @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Progress indeed. I looked at it when I got my new phone and decided it was too much effort. I do not think the work VF accounts support e-sim either. Positive point is that the whole town centre is bathed in 5g coverage. 200mb+ by the office if we ever go back 🤔
