My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. Mindless.

@ThreeUKSupport are you having issues with roaming being blocked incorrectly? I was in Italy at the weekend and very quickly got a message saying my 12GB roaming limit was gone. Another message then said I was at my spending cap. Then I couldn’t use any data. 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

@O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

I honestly think Virgin Medias grip on fast broadband and charging horrific prices is finally done. @ThreeUK broadband is running at home for over half of what Virgin charge. Guess what,we don't need a pointless landline or crap tv box either.

Yet there are still outages today. I would recommend putting it on your website because it says “no known issues” which is clearly incorrect

@ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking service. Had a faulty sim so I get a replacement. Waited 24hrs, the replacement is still not connected. So I get another replacement and now I am told to wait another 24-48hrs until it connects to the network. What a joke. Should’ve gone to ee.
