    @ThreeUKSupport are you having issues with roaming being blocked incorrectly? I was in Italy at the weekend and very quickly got a message saying my 12GB roaming limit was gone. Another message then said I was at my spending cap. Then I couldn’t use any data. 1/2

My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need.     I honestly think Virgin Medias grip on fast broadband and charging horrific prices is finally done. @ThreeUK broadband is running at home for over half of what Virgin charge. Guess what,we don't need a pointless landline or crap tv box either.

    @O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

    @ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

    Well that’s 2 years of being with the worst internet provider over! @ThreeUK should be ashamed of yourselves. I tried to cancel after my first week and got sent from department to department only to be cut off when it was the last one . £600 down the toilet!Never again @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Maybe Jade, maybe. I’ve communicated how bad and unbearable my service is and I wanted to migrate elsewhere, because as a consumer, I cannot continue to pay for a service that I’m not receiving. However, three insist on charging me if I leave before the contract ends.

    @ThreeUK your app is terrible. My partner & I both had your app on our phones but every time we tried to log in, apparently our passwords were wrong. When we tried to change our passwords we got told we needed WiFi.
