Interesting journey home y/day from Surrey to C/Field, navigating M25 & motorways going north when Google maps wouldn't load beause @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport had another data outage. Thankfully, my inner scout has vauge sense of direction. #nothappy #notwhatipaidfor #nearlylost

  • owen40uk owen scrimshaw (@owen40uk) reported from Beeston, England

@ThreeUKSupport how do you actually get any acceptable customer service, been on phone / chat for over 2 hours and banging my head against a brick wall

  • mervspencer Merv Spencer Photography (@mervspencer) reported from Belper, England

@ThreeUKSupport - abysmal service & customer service from you. No reply to emails, DM’s or online chat. Please contact me before I feel I have no choice than to go to @Ofcom to complain!

  • SarahLoates Sarah Loates (@SarahLoates) reported from Derbyshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Petey the other options do sound a much easier process. My experience calling 333, is your time is wasted being persuaded not to leave, if a customer makes it clear they wish to cancel I feel you should get put straight through to the cancellation team, it took me 40 mins.

  • mjmorgan23 mark morgan (@mjmorgan23) reported from Belper, England

Do you why I’ve had no network for the last 3 hours in DE56? @ThreeUK

  • famousstrauss Jamie Ramage (@famousstrauss) reported from Mansfield Woodhouse, England

@ThreeUKSupport when will you have any service in Mansfield? It is really important I have WiFi available as I am working from home and I can't support my students without it.

  • DanDanSEND Daniel Pikett 🏳️‍🌈 East Midlands 🏹 (@DanDanSEND) reported from Derbyshire, England

@DiegoMarahawner @ThreeUK They somehow changed my contract plan- I ended up with £103 bill and they admitted it was their mistake. Being transferred to their customer relations team 3 times was not fun either, I never actually reached them, even after hour & half wait each time.

  • VighneshNT VighneshThyagarajan (@VighneshNT) reported from Derbyshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport well! It didn't help either. And now they can't change the delivery address too if need be. So I'm stuck without my new device for the next two weeks.

  • mummyknight5 Helen K  Nottinghamshire Vlogger (@mummyknight5) reported from Sutton in Ashfield, England

@O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

  • owen40uk owen scrimshaw (@owen40uk) reported from Beeston, England

@ThreeUKSupport The account was cancelled in 2016 and transferred to me, I set up a new direct debit, but you continued taking from my father as well as me. It is impossible to speak with someone in billing and I need urgent resolution of this

  • steedobson87 スティーブンドブソン (@steedobson87) reported from Derbyshire, England

Wow @ThreeUKSupport really great service 🙄 Definitely taking my custom elsewhere next year

  • owen40uk owen scrimshaw (@owen40uk) reported from Beeston, England

@ThreeUK why is it impossible to speak with an advisor I am really disgusted with your customer support today

  • SarahLoates Sarah Loates (@SarahLoates) reported from Derbyshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Petey the other options do sound a much easier process perhaps it may be useful to update your call handlers with this information it took me 40 minutes to cancel my phone.

  • mervspencer Merv Spencer Photography (@mervspencer) reported from Belper, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks @ThreeUKSupport - I’ve now answered your message, but heard nothing back from my questions. And issues still not sorted!

  • marie_kate2 🌹M-K🌹 (@marie_kate2) reported from Matlock, England

@ThreeUK Been with you 11 years. Never had a problem 👍

  • SarahLoates Sarah Loates (@SarahLoates) reported from Derbyshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Kim, appreciated its not the wait time that’s the issue it’s the cancellation process which is long winded and a poor customer experience. 3 need to sort the process. Nobody likes to lose a customer but making them jump through hoops just annoys them.

  • steedobson87 スティーブンドブソン (@steedobson87) reported from Derbyshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport A customer of nearly 10 years?! Disgusting!

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CDesborough CDes (@CDesborough) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @al_quaker "It also means only those who roam will pay for the service, rather than customers who stay in the UK also absorbing this cost." - You going to put the cost of contracts down then for those not going abroad? Thought not.

  • MisterJamie TherealMandalorian (@MisterJamie) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @DannyB648 Does that mean all your new contracts are going down to reflect the fact the inclusive roaming charges are now only being paid for by customers using it?

  • SeasideChris Chris McStill (@SeasideChris) reported

@TomTalksCars @ThreeUK Yup. I put up with pretty poor coverage in some areas because of it. No point in staying now.

  • MrMatRead Mat Read (@MrMatRead) reported

@ThreeUK when were you planning to tell us you were scrapping Go Roam? I’ve been with you a long time now and honestly, you’re gradually taking the things away that made you stand out, that made you unique. You’ve lost what made you you. Poor form guys 🙁

  • scottishben Ben Philip (@scottishben) reported

Disappointed to see @ThreeUK announce the end of Go Roam. Was a great service and the major factor in consistently re-contracting. No problem for them if everyone else caves I suppose but @O2 and @SkyUK Mobile looking like better options right now

  • robbiec54321 Robert Cummings (@robbiec54321) reported

@threeuksupport Hi, I upgraded from a 30 day rolling SIM plan to a 24 month SIM plan to lock in a cheaper rate before the 1st Oct roaming deadline. Does the 14 day cooling off period for contracts apply to online upgrades should I decide to switch to another network?

  • londonjakewills Jake Williams (@londonjakewills) reported

Good bye @ThreeUK as I will be leaving as soon as my contract is up. I signed up for a mobile contract with you due to your feel attached home mobile service. It’s awful to hear you are now charging people to roam in europe for £2 a day and £5 elsewhere! That’s disgusting.

  • AndrewBendall Andrew_B (@AndrewBendall) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @CmdrSpace Ill explain it for you, greed. And i know your just a guy behind a screen, but pass the message up the chain, im sure three will loose business quickly enough with this change. Service is bad enough, roaming just offset it.

  • RobertLoblaugh Bob Loblaw ⭐️⭐️ (@RobertLoblaugh) reported

@SkyNews I remember when @ThreeUK *PROMISED* in no uncertain terms that they would never, ever, EVER do this, ever. If I hadn’t already left them for other reasons, I would be doing now.

  • bigdavetrigg David Trigg (@bigdavetrigg) reported

@Thomas_Goodearl @ThreeUK Was the only reason I never shopped around. Can see me going elsewhere now.
