    So my @ThreeUK phone bill in two years has jumped from £34 to £64 to now £69...well come next month when my contract is up I won't be renewing...**** paying £70 for a two year phone.

    @O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

    @DiegoMarahawner @ThreeUK They somehow changed my contract plan- I ended up with £103 bill and they admitted it was their mistake. Being transferred to their customer relations team 3 times was not fun either, I never actually reached them, even after hour & half wait each time.

    @ThreeUKSupport The account was cancelled in 2016 and transferred to me, I set up a new direct debit, but you continued taking from my father as well as me. It is impossible to speak with someone in billing and I need urgent resolution of this

    @ThreeUKSupport Thats disappointing, has this been known for a long time? I wouldnt have bought a smartwatch now if i knew about this. Also can i contact someone about the signal im receiving?     After 11 yrs (don't @ me) v. surprised&disappointed to be told by @ThreeUKSupport they can keep taking a DD after your initiial contract ends unless you call to change it but if your call includes a complaint you can't pursue in writing&have to go the Ombudsman #ValuedCustomer

    @KateBaucherel @katebevan Not a fan of Dlink. Devolo power line works well.. but really needs to be on the same ring main . BT whole home disks are good. Also suggest additional @ThreeUK home broadband 4G or 5G if the signal is good where you are. They give you 14 days to find out.
