@ThreeUKSupport well! It didn't help either. And now they can't change the delivery address too if need be. So I'm stuck without my new device for the next two weeks.

  • mervspencer
Merv Spencer Photography (@mervspencer) reported from Belper, England

@ThreeUKSupport - abysmal service & customer service from you. No reply to emails, DM’s or online chat. Please contact me before I feel I have no choice than to go to @Ofcom to complain!

Not sorted for me. Data is back and I can receive incoming calls, but can’t dial out... Not an issue with my device or SIM before you go there @ThreeUKSupport

  • SarahLoates
Sarah Loates (@SarahLoates) reported from Derbyshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Petey the other options do sound a much easier process. My experience calling 333, is your time is wasted being persuaded not to leave, if a customer makes it clear they wish to cancel I feel you should get put straight through to the cancellation team, it took me 40 mins.

  • Saltbar
Tony B (@Saltbar) reported from Derbyshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport Furthermore, I'm not encouraged by the low ratings given to the app on Google Play. There seems to be an issue with connecting the app to the hub. Can you reassure me?

  • mummyknight5
Helen K  Nottinghamshire Vlogger (@mummyknight5) reported from Sutton in Ashfield, England

@O2 I’ve tried to use my @ThreeUKSupport pac code to bring my number to o2 and all the online form says is security error and it won’t do it via text and the phone line won’t connect me to anyone, I’ve had my new contract sim a day!! If it’s not sorted today I’ll just cancel it!

  • SarahLoates
Sarah Loates (@SarahLoates) reported from Derbyshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Kim, appreciated its not the wait time that’s the issue it’s the cancellation process which is long winded and a poor customer experience. 3 need to sort the process. Nobody likes to lose a customer but making them jump through hoops just annoys them.

Yo @DPDgroup_news you guys are an actual scam! No idea why @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport use you guys. You actually lie through your teeth all the time. I am contacting the police to report my package as stolen as you are lying about delivery & never show up. Did you sell my stuff?

  • Biker_Buzz
BikerBuzz (@Biker_Buzz) reported from Beeston, England

@ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

Just had a call from someone supposedly representing @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport advising me that my sim will be blocked in 3 days due to network issues. Is this a load of old tosh / spam / phishing, or is it true? I hung up.

  • JaxRalph1992
    JaxRalph1992 (@JaxRalph1992) reported

@ThreeUKSupport ever since you partner up with Vodafone my 5G & signal has been horrendous roll on September and I am gone. I’ve been with you guys for 14 years.

  • Legmo_2
    Legmo2 (@Legmo_2) reported

@ThreeUK since your merge with Vodafone my signal at home has drastically dropped. One of the reasons I stopped using Vodafone's mobile broadband was due to the terrible signal. Prior to the merge I was hitting 250-300mb/s on my phone. It's been below 10mb since.

  • weecalvin1509
    Colin Maxwell (@weecalvin1509) reported

Hi @ThreeUK I am a long term generally satisfied customer. I need a number to ring so that I can speak to a real human being about the +40% increase in my monthly bill. I have done the AI merry go round, got texted a4 figure code and back unto the going nowhere roundabout. 🙁

  • Crocidolite11
    Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported

£15.96 before April now £18.26 from April and @ThreeUK can’t get their emails out quick enough to tell you of the price increase for a further year of the same ******* service. £27.60 more from one customer. That’s roughly £289 MILLION additional revenue just from the UK alone.
