    @ThreeUKSupport are you having issues with roaming being blocked incorrectly? I was in Italy at the weekend and very quickly got a message saying my 12GB roaming limit was gone. Another message then said I was at my spending cap. Then I couldn’t use any data. 1/2

My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. Mindless.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

Went through livechat again and they gave me a 'tracking number' which isn't the correct one for DPD, told me to wait until 6pm to check it but also the latest the phone will arrive until 6, this is really bad for people with anxiety :(
