    @ThreeUK easily has the worst service in the U.K. I’m sat in a parking lot in my car b can’t even get 4g...gps won’t load...had to come into WiFi just to send this tweet smh...fix up @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport are you having issues with roaming being blocked incorrectly? I was in Italy at the weekend and very quickly got a message saying my 12GB roaming limit was gone. Another message then said I was at my spending cap. Then I couldn’t use any data. 1/2

    @ThreeUK why is it my network coverage is getting worse nationwide. Almost non existent in my village. I am connected to WiFi calling g when at home.....but what when I venture outside?

    @ThreeUKSupport just been dumped on live chat to Three, was speaking to them then he decided to stop the chat and the app closed, an half hour of my life gone and will never get it back!

    @ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. Mindless.

    @ThreeUK hi, is there a fee for cancellation of contract even if the reason for cancellation is your network coverage has almost disappeared in my area over the years..to the point where im VERY limited using my phone for what im paying for.

    @ThreeUK I have now tried 6 times to process my order online for a SIM only, 2 different sims and every time i get right to the end and it says error processing order, is this issue going to be resolved before i go elsewhere? no i am not phoning either.

    @GadgetsBoy @ThreeUK 3s frequency bands are utter dog ****, they can add as many masts as they like their network will forever be dog **** quality. If you want good quality signal and coverage you need to **** with O2 or Voda, they own anything from decent to the best part of the spectrum.

    Hi @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm an existing customer nearing at the end of my contract... why is the existing customer 'upgrade' deal for the unlimited sim only (12-month) contract £17 p/m, yet a new customer can get it for £16 a month? No difference in the contract.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport New customer since yesterday. New iPhone and new SIM. SIM not activated. The phone is no use to me at all. Called you twice. Told to wait 2hrs. Told to wait another 2hrs. Now a day later it's still not working????

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone automatically switches to 3G and the bar drops to one and nothing loads. It doesn’t matter anyway. It wasn’t that bad before

    @EmCarey4 @ThreeUK I've had exactly the same experience, and shockingly bad service from the team on countless calls/Live Chats. The inter-team communication is embarrassingly bad – half of @ThreeUK threatening me with debt collectors and the other half reassuring me that I'm safe. Over it.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's fine during the evenings, but unusable while the works are going on (as they appear to be again today). How many days are these works due to go on for? And when will 3 start refunding users for when its network is completely unusable?
