My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. If you compare the time on the 2 screenshots I’ve sent to the time of the tweet you’ll see that one took 7 mins to send and the other took 8 mins. When I click on the chat link it just won’t load because my 4G is either not connecting or very very slow.
