My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. Mindless.

@ThreeUKSupport are you having issues with roaming being blocked incorrectly? I was in Italy at the weekend and very quickly got a message saying my 12GB roaming limit was gone. Another message then said I was at my spending cap. Then I couldn’t use any data. 1/2

@ThreeUKSupport The account was cancelled in 2016 and transferred to me, I set up a new direct debit, but you continued taking from my father as well as me. It is impossible to speak with someone in billing and I need urgent resolution of this

Spoken to @ThreeUK multiple times since ending my contract simply to transfer my number. Last call they said there was a backend issue, wait 72 hours for it to clear and request. Done, now it’s saying there’s a final bill even though I paid up months ago. Today ain’t the day.

@ThreeUKSupport My contract ended nearly two months ago and was moved to PAYG and my last contact with support on Saturday said whatever stalled in the backend would be resolved for my PAC to come through. I’ll be calling support shortly as I’ve spoken multiple times since May to sort this.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m in Tenerife, I have paid for roaming, I have mobile data on and a 4G network connection. But, I don’t actually have any internet. Nothing will load. I have tried to troubleshoot online and I’m stuck. Have 2 weeks abroad and can’t contact anyone when out.
