    @ThreeUKSupport I was referring to the sound quality rather than the music. It seems to be working now. Apparently running out of data before I upgraded was the issue. IMHO it should be obvious to check for these sorts of issues. This is the 2nd issue I've had with blocks.

My phones not working so I'll risk tying up the emergency services operator to check if it'll make an emergency call, after all it doesn't matter if someone with a real emergency cant get the help they need. Mindless.

    @Ianmartin_gc8 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Vodafone are ok, I’ve been with all the networks and they’re far from perfect, but Three I have to say is incredibly bad. You’ll pay higher prices with the likes of VF and EE, but you might be happier. Check signal and maybe try payg before committing fully.
