Tim Chambers (@timchambers321) reported from Chesterfield, England@dalekpete @neilmcgwyre @ThreeUK I can't face purchasing the Sunday Times due to the logistical issues of reading a broadsheet newspaper. Haven't read much, if any of what Liddle's written so have no opinion on that.
-
Rhys Adams (@rhysadams) reported from Belper, England@martin_booth @O2 That’s slow Martin, I had a similar thing when I switched @forkliftagency to @VodafoneUK - ended up buying out of our contract and moving it all to @EE - I’m personally with @ThreeUK but even they seem to struggle, especially when I go to London.
-
Merv Spencer Photography (@mervspencer) reported from Belper, England@ThreeUKSupport - abysmal service & customer service from you. No reply to emails, DM’s or online chat. Please contact me before I feel I have no choice than to go to @Ofcom to complain!
-
Sarah Loates (@SarahLoates) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply Kim, appreciated its not the wait time that’s the issue it’s the cancellation process which is long winded and a poor customer experience. 3 need to sort the process. Nobody likes to lose a customer but making them jump through hoops just annoys them.

Sarah Loates (@SarahLoates) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Petey the other options do sound a much easier process. My experience calling 333, is your time is wasted being persuaded not to leave, if a customer makes it clear they wish to cancel I feel you should get put straight through to the cancellation team, it took me 40 mins.
-
Daniel White (@dj_chalky) reported from Dronfield, England@Honest_Mobile_ Were you affected by @ThreeUK's HUGE outage today? Considering giving the Classic SIM another try...

Tony B (@Saltbar) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUKSupport I'm a bit confused. I'm at DE21 6RD. Your coverage checker says I have 5G in my area but yet I cannot get 5G Hub Home Broadband. Why is that? Also can I connect my Google WiFi mesh network into hub router?
-
Sarah Loates (@SarahLoates) reported from Derbyshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Petey the other options do sound a much easier process perhaps it may be useful to update your call handlers with this information it took me 40 minutes to cancel my phone.
-
Maynard Manyowa (@iAmKudaMaynard) reported from Derbyshire, EnglandYo @DPDgroup_news you guys are an actual scam! No idea why @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport use you guys. You actually lie through your teeth all the time. I am contacting the police to report my package as stolen as you are lying about delivery & never show up. Did you sell my stuff?
-
Mike Marcus 🏴🇪🇺 (@mikemarcus) reported from Ashford-in-the-Water, England@ThreeUKSupport It’s quite simple really. I want to speak to a human on the phone who is able to understand, and find a solution to my billing issue without accidentally hanging up. Can you help with that or not?

Tessek (@Tessek1983) reportedHey @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are you ever going to fix the signal in Darlington town centre 2 years at least the transmitter on bondgate house has been down and nothing done to replace
-
JBids 🐷🟪 (@VuFromTheMirror) reportedWill the £1 Nero coffee be returning @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ? This was a customer retainer for me and I'd like to know whether to hold on or jump ship now?
-
Joseph Sinyor (@josephsinyor) reported@ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but there’s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just “we’re working on it.” Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.
-
Satheeshkumar Rajendran Ph.D (@satheeshvad) reported@ThreeUK Hi three, without any notification, my number has been discontinued because I'm abroad, but I paid some of the months. Before I left the country, I asked your team; they said it was not possible to terminate, and now, without any notification, the number is not in use.
-
Alex Havoc (@HavocAgain) reported@ThreeUKSupport are you not replying to support issues? I asked earlier when normal service in Worcester will be resumed and what was causing the disruption - any answers?
-
the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴 (@bearded_courier) reportedAnd for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
