@DiegoMarahawner @ThreeUK They somehow changed my contract plan- I ended up with £103 bill and they admitted it was their mistake. Being transferred to their customer relations team 3 times was not fun either, I never actually reached them, even after hour & half wait each time.

@matthewlawton @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just put my SIM in. No message about transferring tomorrow but one prompting if I want to transfer. When I click on that the earliest date it gives is Monday! Too late then as I’ll incur fees from old network 😡

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK The app is useless, I’ve been trying for 5 months to change my address on it and it just comes up “there’s a problem we know about.” Whenever I go on live chat they just say I’ve to do it on the app. How can I if it comes up with a problem each time. Help

@ThreeUKSupport last two contacts with support included offering a follow up call about the mobile broadband issues everyone is having, didn't happen and a promise of "compensation when it's all over" but no indication of when the mobile broadband disaster will be over. Any idea?

@S10Blade Sounds like same for me. Except I’ve no network coverage being found for @ThreeUK so I was reliant on router being on. Come tomorrow I won’t even have that so I hope to wake up to some clue why that’s failing on me too.

@ThreeUK just had spam call, HMRC, pressed one operator was rather rude, then hung up, checked the number and was a UK mobile number so called and spoke with the owner who had no knowledge of call, and sounded to be in UK, whilst original was further afield!

@ThreeUK I'm a Three customer and I'm being bombarded by automated scam calls from a series of mobile numbers saying "you're internet will be cut off in 24 hrs" - one even came in from Australia! How can I make this stop? It's been going on all week more than once a day 😩
