I'm not one for complaining on Twitter, but I’m letting it be known that @ThreeUK customer services is awful. As a long standing customer and given the current pandemic the service has been appalling.

Rich J (@richyj1504) reported from West Bromwich, England
Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England
@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.
-
RosieGee (@pixiero79) reported from Solihull, England
@ThreeUK Recently upgraded my phone, days later have information about my insurance through post - never asked for it, it wasn’t mentioned and I don’t want it. Phone number to cancel not working, can’t speak to anyone about it, not happy.
-
Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England
@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?
-

@jamogram @ThreeUK So yes, the alternative for me if I can’t get free roaming is installing an e-SIM for a French network.
-
Russ Holmes (@russholmes137) reported
@day7262 @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I received an email that they were dealing with my 'issue'. Logged in and no further information. A few hours later they just shut my account. Was miles in the sticks in Sweden. Nightmare. Have been with 3 for years. Looks like O2 is the least bad for anyone going abroad.
-
John Merriott Chard (@Leahronny) reported
@KayBurley @ThreeUK Remember when Martin Lewis of Moneysaving shot down remoaner liar, LBC's O'Boring, stating only a very few use the GB Allowance, and other users of the network would be shelling out for those users? We know remoaners like using others' money..!
-
Tom Cassidy (@tomcassidy_) reported
@ThreeUKSupport I've been massively let down by a company I've been with for nearly a decade. 0 support.
-
Antonia (@kaisersalsek) reported
@ThreeUK the main reason I’ve been a customer for over 8 years is your feel at home policy. Now you’re introducing roaming charges, you have no perks left. Gonna be leaving now, especially given you don’t do Apple cellular plans. 👋
-
Mark Austin (@TPTMerch) reported
So @ThreeUK are re-introducing roaming charges….no reason to put up with a crap UK signal now!…..
-
Thanos⚽️🐾 👁👁🌹 (@christatum4949) reported

@gingio @ThreeUK As shallow as I am, this was actually one of my worst fears from the whole debacle. I didn’t even consider the empty shelves 😩
-
Ian Scoble (@IanDScoble) reported
@simonnread Hadn't heard that news ... but as a 3 customer(!) and taking a brief escape in N.Yorkshire, should I be surprised? Any suggestions @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ?
-
Tudorman (@Tudorman7) reported
@strider_utd @ThreeUKSupport @russholmes137 If it is less than 14 days you can cancel the contract without reason, this is law, as long as the contract was made online or over the phone,if in person you can't.
