Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Dorridge and nearby locations:

  • Robin_Max_Lisa Robin 🏌️⛳️ (@Robin_Max_Lisa) reported from Coventry, England

@m_whitehouse87 @ThreeUK Put your number/s on a no sales call register, it’s free, as soon I say I am on a call protection register, all companies hang up and remove me from there database as they get fined big numbers if they breach the code.

  • hey_itsyuni Y U N I (@hey_itsyuni) reported from Warwickshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport Can I just say, your signal has been really ******* **** lately. Tried to make a call for a medical purpose just now, the other person can’t hear me because I keep breaking up and it was an important call. So thank you.👍🏼

  • the_carl_lenton Carl Lenton (@the_carl_lenton) reported from Nuneaton, England

@ThreeUKSupport I see your ads about your network coverage, specifically what is being done to increase 5g coverage in Nuneaton, Warwickshire?

  • ForbesProducer Forbes Coleman 🇬🇾🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@ForbesProducer) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK My signal has been appalling across the entirety of Birmingham for weeks. Even switching to 3G makes no difference. Are there issues? Over subscribed network? What am I paying for? 🤔

  • richardhowle Richard Howle (@richardhowle) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK all week I have been having really unstable and patchy service from my 5G router here in Brum. One moment 100Mb the next 0. Is there an issue?

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

  • jonoevans84 Jon Evans (@jonoevans84) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK my wife keeps dropping out but phone service is fine, this seems to be happening on evenings consistently! I am in B14 area of Birmingham. Is there a reason for this!

  • chibs9105 Becky (@chibs9105) reported from Royal Leamington Spa, England

@ThreeUK once again, can’t call or text anybody, and my service has dropped in Leamington. Once again paid £47 for no service, and you still want a nearly £300 to exit my contract early (it finishes in January!)

  • richyj1504 Rich J (@richyj1504) reported from West Bromwich, England

Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

  • Dereklad Derek (@Dereklad) reported from Solihull, England

@ThreeUK excuse me.why is my internet on my iphone so so bad in the B92 8NW Postcode When im at work??

  • hey_itsyuni Y U N I (@hey_itsyuni) reported from Warwickshire, England

@ThreeUK Can I just say, your signal has been really ******* **** lately. Tried to make a call for a medical purpose just now, the other person can’t hear me because I keep breaking up and it was an important call. So thank you.

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport when my contract is about to expire, how much notice do I need to give you to cancel my account?

  • BilalRaja_22 Bilal Raja (@BilalRaja_22) reported from Tidbury Green, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have already logged a complaint but with no luck. Complaint ref no: 31181516. Been offered some money back as goodwill after spending long time on chat and phone calls. Don’t want to waste more time going through complaints process again.

  • HollyheadAndy Andy Hollyhead (@HollyheadAndy) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK not much point in having a 5G phone if I can’t get a 5G signal in city centres like Birmingham is there? Really disappointed with the coverage.

  • Claire_Robbo81 Claire💙 (@Claire_Robbo81) reported from Coventry, England

Bit of advice for anyone selling an old mobile phone. DON’T USE Envirofone, Music Magpie… Sell it direct to your service provider or the manufacturer ( Apple, Samsung etc). These companies tried to give me £35 for an immaculate iPhone XR. @ThreeUK gave me £154! Don’t get conned

  • eddieclarke96 Eddie Clarke 🐝 (@eddieclarke96) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK Birmingham’s signal strength is rubbish too in large swathes of the City

  • TomBarnwell Tom Barnwell (@TomBarnwell) reported from Coventry, England

Customer service from @ThreeUK currently receiving a massive 0 out of 10 at the moment. USELESS! @ThreeUKSupport

  • And_im_wasted Luke (@And_im_wasted) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser, I’ve been sent the wrong one. I was then told to visit a Three store, but the Three store couldn’t give me a new SIM. Happy to DM you the details if you’re willing to help?

  • ederzavala Eder Zavala (@ederzavala) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport terrible mobile broadband in B15 and B17 for a couple of weeks now. It didn’t use to be like this. I’m changing provider.

  • m1bxf Gavin (MM1BXF) Nesbitt (@m1bxf) reported

@ItinerantHam @ThreeUK What speeds do you see with that? 4G *should* still be reasonable, >10mbps, even at those signal levels.

  • Dinorawr26 Matt (@Dinorawr26) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've sent it but it's not a device issue, your DNS servers are down, this isn't the first time this has happened

  • Dinorawr26 Matt (@Dinorawr26) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why the hell are your DNS servers for mobile broadband down again?! This is becoming a far too common problem!

  • gc_hq Glenn Coomber (@gc_hq) reported

@Michellewelby1 @ThreeUKSupport You should be aware of the issues - one of your advisors told me on the phone yesterday that the 5G router is currently incompatible with smart tvs, echo etc and that a patch is being worked on by a dedicated team

  • seanmulhern2000 Sean Mulhern (@seanmulhern2000) reported

@ThreeUKSupport There outage again in KT125AE area over several devices. Only been able to get 3G all day and very slow! I hope they are upgrading the mast to 5G, at least then it’s worth the pain in the end!

  • MastheadLight Patrick (@MastheadLight) reported

@ThreeUKSupport — ongoing very poor to nil data connectivity and poor voice connectivity in and around ///embarks.schematic.robots for months now. Is there a problem at this location.

  • LycanEclipse JayBird (@LycanEclipse) reported

@squeakz73 @ThreeUK The hard thing is every damn mobile phone company has upped their contract costs, every single damn one. All the companies have become greedy, they don't care about customers, they care about money, pure and simple
