Dear @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm using a Pay as you go sim card. My top up is still on, I can make calls but I cannot use 4G. I went to a three store and they changed my sim card, but it's still not working. It's been 5 days since I'm facing this issue. Please can you help?

Why do I always big up @ThreeUK then when I have a problem, can’t speak to anyone to get it sorted! At this rate, I’ll just cancel all 3 contracts and go elsewhere! My 14 year old son could be in danger and I can’t do anything about it!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Here’s a few: B30 2SU B5 5SU B46 2QP Sometimes I can switch to 3G and just about get enough signal to load WAZE. But that’s not really good enough if I’m paying for 4G. So many times I have 2+ bars and NO connection.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jonathan, yes, I get similar issues everywhere - Hampstead is a particular deadspot, but it's intermittent all over the country. The issue has been ongoing for perhaps the last 2 years or so? On both the iPhone X and now the 12 Pro.
