  • EvanD
Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

  • beninbrighton
Ben Hills-Jones (@beninbrighton) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Apparently. As a Three customer let me give you some feedback. It comes across like all your Tweets are rushed and incorrect. Starting a sentence with a lowercase letter really doesn’t look good

  • TomWush
Tom Morgan (@TomWush) reported from Birmingham, England

@cackyraphael @ThreeUKSupport Yeah customer service and how helpful they are is big and they lost me cause of it.

  • chibs9105
Becky (@chibs9105) reported from Royal Leamington Spa, England

@ThreeUK once again, can’t call or text anybody, and my service has dropped in Leamington. Once again paid £47 for no service, and you still want a nearly £300 to exit my contract early (it finishes in January!)

Dear @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I'm using a Pay as you go sim card. My top up is still on, I can make calls but I cannot use 4G. I went to a three store and they changed my sim card, but it's still not working. It's been 5 days since I'm facing this issue. Please can you help?

  • BenLimehouse
Ben Limehouse (@BenLimehouse) reported from Redditch, England

@ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

  • web_bod
Graeme Mulvaney (@web_bod) reported from Coventry, England

@ThreeUK I had a call from a guy with a dense and inarticulate South Indian accent insisting he needed to send me a new SIM or I would be kicked off the network - I kept him busy for a good 15 minutes politely reiterating his instructions - was it a scam?

  • mo_sarunkorn
Sarunkorn Chotvijit (@mo_sarunkorn) reported from Canley, England

  • SteWill1978
Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

  • stowtom2010
Tom (@stowtom2010) reported from Birmingham, England

Terrible customer service from @ThreeUKSupport - they confirm compensation WILL be offered for the recent outage but ONLY if you call them on a number that you can’t get through it. It’s a never-ending vicious circle and designed so that you won’t claim. Awful. Time to leave...

  • coveragechecker
    CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported

@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.

  • jle2386
    Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported

@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
