    @ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

    @ThreeUK Ive been trying to change my password since August. On me for forgetting but you guys have had "technical issues" since august now and I havent been able to easily pay a bill in months and your customer support does anything to avoid letting you talk to a person. Wtf?

    @ThreeUKSupport The fact that we are stuck with a non functioning service, which is equivalent to 1995, that we would have to pay in excess of £300 to get out if, when the service has been abysmal

    @ThreeUK FFS, for how long more you won’t sort the network problem out in Hyde park? It’s been the same for the last 8-10 days. Data is not working at all. Cost of this to me is unlimited. Can’t Mail to my customers, can’t do FaceTimes. You’re my biggest mistake.

    @ThreeUK trying to call my mother in Oz who is in intensive care and cant get through because can’t remember my password. Reset p/w had to click on ridiculous images of sunflowers now locked out of account, no customer services people to answer the PHONE and CANNOT CALL HOSPITAL

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Rhiannon, I have spoken to support on the app and on the phone about this today and they have said there’s nothing that can be done and I would have to leave my sim only contract to use the phone. Is there no way an exception could be made and an esim made ? Thanks!

    @bayleeturner @ThreeUK Avoid getting scammed I will advise you wait on support teams or rather contact @Liltoosi they are reliable too.
