@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUKSupport I don't see that fair. Even when my bill comes out my account it would just about me a month so don't see its fair im being charged for days I never had my phone.
@ThreeUKSupport Okay I understand that but how comes its telling me after 6 months my bill will be £78 however on my paper copy it says £67. Also in store that never got explained to me that I would have to pay more on my first bill. Considering I haven't even had the phone a month

@ThreeUKSupport It says 'No Service'. My brother is also on Three and his phone works fine. I have tried the SIM in multiple phones.
@ThreeUK it’s horrifying to see £700 bill for returning broadband with AI cube. It was returned after constant reporting of your pathetic internet connection and I was made sure by your costumer service that I won’t be charged for early return. Terrible money makers😡
@ThreeUKSupport It said on the box that I didn't need to do that as it was a replacement. I did do that form yesterday and it still doesn't work today.
