I scrapped my contract with you for my iPad sim and switched to Vodafone. I’m still paying off my iPhone but will leave soon as it’s paid. My wife has left you for O2. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

To be quite honest, your service has got worse in our locality over the twelve years we’ve lived there. One might hope it would have improved. Now it’s failed altogether.

Service used to be good but in parts of Oxford now, I can’t even place a call, never mind access data. We don’t live in the middle of nowhere. I would expect better.
