I submitted the PAC code when getting the contract, a colleague said they were getting an error porting it but I never heard back from them.

I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

It was a sim only contract. Cancelled over the phone as cancelling via internet was showing me the early cancellation fees

I scrapped my contract with you for my iPad sim and switched to Vodafone. I’m still paying off my iPhone but will leave soon as it’s paid. My wife has left you for O2.
