    I swear if I was left in the middle of nowhere with @threeUK on my phone , I’m defo dying within hours , I’m paying for **** all, imagining me ringing up and them telling me there’s no coverage in my area, so wtffff am I paying for then, f****** jokers.

    This is the last contract i’ll have with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Unlimited data yet cannot connect to internet. Whats the point in paying for a service that you don’t receive?

    Not sure that @ThreeUK could make it more difficult to contact customer service if they tried. Can’t get through on phone, can’t reset password online. Maybe I should write a letter? Or try semaphore

    I’ve said it plenty of times before and i’ll say it again; @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport 4g coverage is shite. Full bar signal yet nothing loads. Time to change providers.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I previously raised the issue with the social media team (hopefully A00017372409-00051745208 helps!). I submitted the PAC code when getting the contract, a colleague said they were getting an error porting it but I never heard back from them.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your service in my area has been this lousy since July. I scrapped my contract with you for my iPad sim and switched to Vodafone. I’m still paying off my iPhone but will leave soon as it’s paid. My wife has left you for O2. Good service from both O2 & Vodafone

    @ThreeUKSupport No and customer services colleague was sure that I had to pay these for cancelling my contract early. It was a sim only contract. Cancelled over the phone as cancelling via internet was showing me the early cancellation fees

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. This is correct. I dont know why three told me i had access till 19th and i dont. Surely it my data and no hastle to you if i check my bill? Also, three have promised to send by post other bills for other numbers and never received

    @ThreeUKSupport Like I said before...we’ve already done that. Your service here in North Oxford is awful. You don’t seem to have a solution. That is what I was told in your web chat. Doesn’t really help me.

    @ThreeUK why does my phone signal randomly just cut out and stop working. I always have to put it into airplane mode then turn that off for things to work normally again 😑

    @BNogood @ThreeUK @SamsungUK @GadgetsBoy Lucky you. I’ve been with them about 14 years. Service used to be good but in parts of Oxford now, I can’t even place a call, never mind access data. We don’t live in the middle of nowhere. I would expect better.

    @ThreeUK - Hello! Ever since Vodafone and Three have merged my signal at home went from 250-300mbps download to 3-4mbps. It only goes back up when I turn my phone to airplane mode on for a few minutes and then back off. Any help would be much appreciated!

    @ThreeUKSupport it's 2026 and the service is absolutely diabolical!! Fifteen minutes worth of scrambled phone calls just to tell someone a phone number. Sort it out

    @ThreeUK terrible customer service. I have wasted at least 4 and a half hours talking on the phone with no progress. Got cut off, no phone back, waited in queues and got told that they can’t make any guarantees. After 18 years as a customer…I think it’s time to make a switch…

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m getting a ‘working on the network in your area’ msg for SL2. We’ve not been able to use the internet since Saturday… meaning no tv or wfh. I want to know how long this is expected to go on for? Days? weeks? And why would you not reach out to us to warn us?
