  @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I previously raised the issue with the social media team (hopefully A00017372409-00051745208 helps!). I submitted the PAC code when getting the contract, a colleague said they were getting an error porting it but I never heard back from them.

  @ThreeUKSupport Customer service live chat, who told me to call the Protection Team, but the number they gave me didn’t work. So i called customer services, who said they’d call me back within a few hours on Tuesday, but never did. Yesterday I didnt receive a call and was at work so couldnt call

  @ThreeUKSupport No and customer services colleague was sure that I had to pay these for cancelling my contract early. It was a sim only contract. Cancelled over the phone as cancelling via internet was showing me the early cancellation fees

  @ThreeUKSupport Cool, I call the complaints team, they pass me to the fraud team, the fraud team passed me to online orders team, who passed me to customer care team, to be told “We need to do X” The same X that I was told was done on 1/9 AND 9/9. Sorry to be rude, but you’re *************** now

  @ThreeUK I renewed my contract for a one year last year with you guys. Turn off a couple of months maybe realise I cannot wait to leave in September. And jump to @EE . I’ve been with 3uk since 2012 since you joined Vodafone, my signal and 5G have been terrible

They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money...   @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I would like to add why since capping pay go data to 25mb/s that where as you started supporting rcs messaging on iPhone over the three network, currently when I send messages to people who have android phones and I have sent texts and rcs messaging was supported, it longer appears to be? Overall the pay go service isn’t too bad but three uk/ mobile did cause me no end of problems and you still didn’t investigate the so called issue of fraud that had been committed by someone attempting to take out an E sim contract in my name and account for which you inadvertently just cancelled my contract and phone line with no warning followed by weeks and months of deliberate hassle and no investigation… Bizarre!

  @ThreeUK have done me up like a kipper fuming is an understatement im on holiday in dubai i paid 7 days around the world roaming it never worked so i had to pay them more money £17 for a three day use i was told as i paid 7 day earlier then it will work at least till sat now its off again and they are doing nothing
