@ThreeUKSupport both online and app. cannot call payment line as my details are correct as some idiot put my birthday in wrong despite showing ID when i joined in 2015. I changed my name in 2018 and only have an Idenity card which is not accepted as ID by three even though its ID.

@ThreeUKSupport are one of the worst networks they messed my bill date up then I wanted to make a complaint he lied told me I will get this and that then told me I have to wait 3 days then started whispering on the phone this made me hang up and I couldn’t make the complaint

@ThreeUKSupport Postcode is M1 5NQ, as soon as I switched from 4G to 3G the results in Google Maps was working. I tried toggling off and on both mobile data and airplane mode - neither fixed issue.
