@ThreeUK not happy new year!!! very bad customer service, been many years customer have two contacts and both expensive. they are telling me that I am on outstanding balance on 2nd of January when it is due date is 18th January, can't claim for insurance for that reason!

@ThreeUKSupport I have an existing complaint logged for this since November. There are no options to help the situation, like I said we are rural and it’s down to lack of capacity for a tower that will in my opinion not be resolved

@ThreeUKSupport Hi thanks for the response the last time we spoke with them was 23/12/20and assured all was in hand. We then had debt collectors text us on 31/12/20 & 1/1/21. Having spoken to them today they are allegedly contacting you to sort before chasing us again! Please help!

@ThreeUKSupport They advised me to turn off the APN which i did, they then said install new software which i have. Its a joke i have had to contscr yas 3 time and nothing has been done. Why am i paying 45 ppund a month for a service i can't use.
