    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for replying Pete. My Ykraibe guest was given the SIM 14 April , got text to say expires today. We’ve tried to add a data package - but top up doesn’t work either. It’s actively used daily. I used to call help desk. They said it didn’t exist! …

    @ThreeUK I picked up a free SIM in Exeter last week for a Ukrainian lady I have sponsored. I thought this allowed her to unlimited data allowing her to use the internet whilst out & above & contact her family in Ukraine. After 6 days it’s stopped working, please help/clarify
