    .@ThreeUK Well you just lost yourself a customer. Hiking up your 123 PAYG prices from 3p a minute to 10p a minute, 2p a text to 10p a text, and 1p per MB to 5p per MB means I will now be looking to switch. Thanks.

    @ThreeUK Still can't change my password on your website. You keep asking me to change my plan but its literally impossible. Error is my3auth.text.generic.error Seems this problem has been around for years! Get it sorted.

    @MoneySavingExp To anyone who is thinking of joining @ThreeUK : 🔘They continue charging you for a handset after you have paid it off. 🔘They allow scammers to port your number to another network. 🔘Terrible customer service from foreign call centres. Don’t say you weren’t warned!
