    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    Yes @virginmedia broadband IS down across Greater Manchester this evening. Since about midnight...😧 Switched over to my mobile 4G connection with @ThreeUK and the top download speed is a pathetic 0.43 Mbps!

    @ThreeUK my wife has left you today as the new contract offers for existing customers were crap compared to new. Why is this the case? Plus I took a deal 3 weeks ago, and told that she could have the same when hers was due... guess what, you said no today...
