@ThreeUK Please, please, please can someone give me a call to help upgrade my phone. I have wasted over an hour for what should be an incredibly simple job. Any process to upgrade through the app or on the website seems to be so frustratingly byzantine. So disappointing.

@ThreeUKSupport are you having issues in the OL12 area? Total blackout on my phone. My broadband (5G) is also with you, but is currently working. Please don't have 5G issues else my students will not be happy tomorrow, as I will be unable to sort out tomorrow's lessons.

@ThreeUK why is it impossible to actually speak to anyone at Three!! Every option just sends automated crap or fobs you off!! I need to know what I can dial to find out my PAYG phone number.
