@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport Got to wait until Monday so that’s 4 days since I’d have received my new phone but can’t use it. I am without it a phone and they state it would be activated within 24 hours. Disappointed with the service so far and not even used it yet

Bought a phone and contract with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport via @MPD_Online and it was delivered on Friday but I can’t use it until Monday afternoon because their is an issue with their system. Doesn’t fill me with confidence!
