    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. I don’t have the ability to switch to 3G only. Just 5G or 4G. So this makes my phone unusable every day whilst I’m at work. Seriously it’s been going on for a month if not longer. What issues could you have that is taking this long to fix?

    @ThreeUK refuse to give me an early upgrade even though my household has been with this company for 10 years. When our 3 contracts ends in few months, I am moving all 3 contracts to a better network that really have their customers at heart.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes and I even checked with the Sysadmin of the mail server. No mail from Three has arrived. I suddenly have no service. I tried all the resets and reboots but there is no change. I can’t check my billing because I can’t log in.

    How is @threeuk going to entice me to renter contract negotiations with them by offering me free data up until I get the new contract. I signed and they didn’t give me data but the new contract was going ahead??? Both cancelled Any suggestions for a new mobile phone network?
