    @ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve turned my iPhone 13 Pro off and back on. Problem persists. I cannot make phone calls without the call dropping. Can you confirm if the local mast has bands 28 and 32 yet?

    @ThreeUKSupport It was 4 years ago spoke someone at your head office eventually he told me money is not a commodity please remind me where is money traded? Any way the matter is according to you closed. As to me I will never use your services again hell I'm a Chelsea fan I won't even buy shirts

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes but it’s no better using wifi calling. Also not sure how there could be congestion. I live in the middle of Dartmoor. It’s the opposite to a city. So what issues are there currently ?
