I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

Rung up to top it up they wonโt do it with out the sim being in a phone to receive a text message, I donโt have a 3 device, I bought it for a mobile router. Wonโt work in my EE phone! ๐

Then they slam the phone down on me when I ask them how they got my number. . How on Earth do they think this is good for attracting new customers?
