@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

Was now at Canary Wharf and not to my surprise "no service" thanks to @ThreeUK the worst mobile company in the entire UK. Counting the days for my contract to finish, going back to @EE which are expensive but it works all times.
