@ThreeUKSupport So I am finally getting the chance to try and sort out my broadband - been on the phone for 9.5 mins, the music suddenly stopped at 7.5 mins, now nothing!! HELP!!!!

  • BenBrewster85 Ben Brewster (@BenBrewster85) reported from Taunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

  • Michellecrouchx Michelle Crouch (@Michellecrouchx) reported from Bridgwater, England

@ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

  • avstar25 Avi Greek (@avstar25) reported from Glastonbury, England

@ThreeUK @OnePlus_UK @B0atyOSRS @FNATIC loyal customer, big fan. fingers crossed!

  • BenBrewster85 Ben Brewster (@BenBrewster85) reported from Taunton, England

Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

  • BenBrewster85 Ben Brewster (@BenBrewster85) reported from Taunton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • enots27 Michael Stone (@enots27) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Its every where I go I will have 4g or 5g signal but data only works from time to time. The next step for me will be trading standards as thee are not supplying the service that I am paying for

  • RenaudGuerin Renaud Guérin (@RenaudGuerin) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Unusable speeds on 5G for a few hours now, in central London (can share postcode in DM). I rely on it for work. Your network status page shows no issues. Can you help please ?

  • abelwest_ 🇨🇩🇦🇴 (@abelwest_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yeah my other apps working as normal but Snapchat is the only app that's not working. I reset my phone, deleted the app, etc and still not working but yh I'll reach to snap directly

  • CDavieSTEM Chantel (@CDavieSTEM) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Just went onto a £14 contract with a new 4G router before the weekend. Three support never mentioned anything about charging £87.

  • Ruairidh31 Ru (@Ruairidh31) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I had it confirmed to me more than once that yes, I was fully cancelled. So please stop this harassment. how can you charge me and threaten me with cancellation fees when i dont have a contract with you anymore?! I will never ever use three again.

  • Ruairidh31 Ru (@Ruairidh31) reported

@ThreeUKSupport thats the only email i have r any form of document. As you can see it says my contract ended on the 5/11/21. AS you can also see I wasn't even using the service. It took so many phone calls to actually say yes im cancelling. plus why am i now being told its 13 pounds not 17?

  • That_Musician AngstyJew🎶 (@That_Musician) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Is there a support number to call to talk about issues and resolving them? I’m in between two meetings and I don’t necessarily have the time to get into a shop.

  • ben_Jobson ben Jobson (@ben_Jobson) reported

@ThreeUKSupport thanks ill stick with my current 3g setup and current network then

  • CDavieSTEM Chantel (@CDavieSTEM) reported

Hello @ThreeUK Recently upgraded home broadband and my first month payment is £87.13 on a £14 contract, which was never mentioned when I called to discuss an upgrade. Your online help isn't working either. Why am I being charged >£87 for 1 month broadband?

  • steve228uk Stephen Radford (@steve228uk) reported

@mcelhearn @ThreeUKSupport It looks like Apple might have actually banned a block of addresses from Three 😬 Got a new IP after cycling my router and still the same problem.
