    @ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport have spent hours on there, they've had my proof of identity but now lost it, the account's still blocked as is the app. Honestly, never known anything like it. an absolute joke

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    There are some terrible network providers out there and then there is @ThreeUK who must win the award for the absolute worst. No Internet coverage in Tw9 area since November and it has taken a week of constant calling to get my pac code with no luck. Shambles

    @ThreeUKSupport If I do get a unlock code it will be to no help as where input this to unlock it is greyed out wont let us input the code

    @ThreeUKSupport I did this through the “cancel your account” page on your website, as I’ve explained to your support staff. There was no mention of having to give a pac code to anyone as I can’t, because i don’t live in the UK. This is entrapment.

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry 3, but your 4G speeds in my area over the last week have gone from very workable during the day to abysmal with no sign of improving. I can't now use 4G to support home working and had to have a fixed-line reinstalled. Slower speed but consistent connection.
