    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport What company doesn’t have complaints department or someone to take a my complaint seriously. Maybe @Ofcom can help me seeing as @ThreeUK is refusing to help a long standing customer.

    So turns out @ThreeUK sell your contact number to spam services, I just asked the spam ‘car phone warehouse’ person where they got my number, they said my service provider @ThreeUK who I left at the top of the year 🥹🙃

    @ThreeUKSupport No, I had too much stuff to catchup on after it was down for so long, Regardless, its 99% infrastructure related so theres probs not much that can be done in the short term

    @ThreeUK your network in Penzance is terrible and has been for months. Drops both calls and data constantly. I couldn't even send this tweet until I'd left the area it's that bad. Is this a known issue you are working to fix?

    @ThreeUK THREE BUSINESS IS A SCAM. Stay clear! Haven’t got their users interest in mind at all. Completely let down by them.

    @ThreeUKSupport I will do. The advisor refused to put me through to that team (as shown in the chat transcript) we are in day 3 of no service - not sure how @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK feel that is acceptable?
