Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Can you tell me why the 4G Plus Hub that was delivered yesterday is still sitting there, dead as a dodo, with two green lights and two red lights? The man I spoke to on your helpline assured me that this was "normal" and that it would pick up a signal "in time".

@ThreeUKSupport The code works, but the payment screen always fails. But it's only with the Three+ code, never with my unlimited card or with a full paying ticket.

@ThreeUK been with you a month and nothing but hassle spent most of the month ringing up chasing problems from SIM cards not activated correctly to unable to port my old number now it’s a direct debit problem you’ve caused . Nightmare .

@ThreeUKSupport No. I get told to clear my cache every time, which doesn't work. Go into DMs at which point there will be a stage down the line they will say "try it now" and it works with no hesitation. So there's some sort of glitch, if not for others then definitely for me.
