    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, it was only an issue with that phone strangely. I took it as a sign that the phone wasn't for me and went for the slightly cheaper google pixel 7 pro instead. Less storage but can use the cloud. Hopefully the issue with ordering the honor magic 5 pro is sorted for others.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, after contacting your customer service they told me that my account was in credit and I won’t receive any change for my April bill due on the 2nd may! I now appear to have a bill on the app for £93?!? The bill doesn’t make sense as I never go over my usual allowance!!

    Contacted @ThreeUK to report bad signal issues where the mast keeps cutting out. Same thing happening to my girlfriends phone. They insist on sending a new SIM, which I've received and it doesn't even work!! What next? 😮‍💨

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry, did not see you had replied, I am still having this problem, I've had this SIM for at least 5 years but might be closer to 8 or 9, I can get texts from people just not services (like verify your number messages)

    @ThreeUK i haven’t had signal on my phone since pass 9 am and I’m still waiting for my network to come back What’s happening with it? My partner has signal why not me! I’m definitely not happy !!
