@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport are you having issues with your service? My signal has been on one bar for 3 days now & when phoning people it’s silent/doesn’t go through & if I do get through, it cuts me off! I attempted to listen to music at the gym & that wouldn’t work either on 4/5G 😭

@ThreeUK totally disgusted with your so called customer service today. Have been a customer for many years with six contracts. Every single one will be cancelled at end date and moved to a competitor solely down to the incompetence of your customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport No there isn’t thanks. I rang to cancel two of my lads’ sim only deals as they now have monthly contracts with you, and STILL had to sit through the sales pitch about other contract options. You also hadn’t updated our address after being told twice. It’s just poor. Thanks though

@ThreeUK Hi I’m a Three customer with terrible reception in my house, so I use WiFi calling. But lately, any SMS I try to send whilst on WiFi fails, and I have to disable WiFi and wait for more signal bars. Is there a way to fix this?

@ThreeUKSupport Please take a look at ref: 30029780 for all the details. For what it’s worth most was finally sorted, but we could not get the final part done (provision of headphones and charger, or AirPods & £265 credit) as the customer relations team were then closed. Can you sort?
