@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

Hi @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK , your agents forced me to have £5 monthly contract as I asked just pay as you go. Then I have £80 bill because exceed calls without any warning at all. Your customer service is the worst one in the UK. You put a trap and got the money. Well done.

@ThreeUK customer service is absolutely shocking. My mum has died I’ve repeatedly tried taking over her contract, calls, visits to store, live chat, phone calls promised to try do so, do you help no?! Have you cut her phone off when I want to keep her number. Yes! Absolute joke!

@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I have multiple times.. this isn't about one postcode but a general observation in many parts of the city. Sure, not everywhere but most. 4G pages not loading even with signal. looks over capacity so must be a known issue as reports will show that. Disappointing.
