Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

My internet's been down for 10 days, so I had a chat with my lovely provider @threeuk, and they are giving me 7 days credit. Why only 7 days? Because that's how long it's going to be before it comes back...Oh! Bless 'em, lol

@ThreeUKSupport Hi! Are you having 4g issues in SW11 at the mo? My phone is working fine on 5g but although showing decent 4g signal my iPad isn’t connecting to the internet at all. Just stopped working about 30 mins or so ago.

@ThreeUK for goodness sake fix the mobile broadband issues in the west side of Reading.. for weeks now the service has been appalling (unusable) and today takes the prize. You tell me it will get better after Sat 4th .. I’m watching 👀
