I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

Ben Brewster (@BenBrewster85) reported from Taunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

( even your 2nd line indian engineering support can’t ! ) we need a STATUS page for internet )

When will this be fixed? How do I claim compensation for service I'm paying for but you are not delivering?

Your customer service advisors have been no help- apparently they understand what I am going through but no one can tell me or explain why takes so long.
