@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

Very dissatisfied with @ThreeUK, ordered a new @apple IPhone on the 29/10 to be delivered 16/11, I’ve just received a message stating it won’t arrive until 30/11, exceptionally disappointing customer experience 😡😡

@ThreeUKSupport I have already complained, I simply can’t understand how your decision makers it’s not a suitable system designed to achieve customer satisfaction? I am a 13 year customer, with 5 contracts, yet I could go into a @ThreeUK store as a new customer & leave with the phone

@ThreeUKSupport 4G is about the same, 3G on the other hand returns 8Mb. I'm not sure what they're like at other times, only really noticed today as the fixed line broadband was down.

@ThreeUK customer service 0/10. I’ve been cut off from live chat numerous times in mid conversation by the person I’m talking to. I’ve contacted technical support and was mis advised twice. I was told to go to store who said they can’t help me as my purchase was online. Shocking.
