    @ThreeUKSupport your phone signal is absolutely diabolical and I havent had signal for nearly 2 months despite being told it would be fixed in a week. Tried calling 4 times today LOST SIGNAL EVERYTIME. Moving to EE as soon as my contracts up. Thanks for ruining my 2020.

    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @saveelymiu @ThreeUKSupport You will not get any straight answers from them. They will suggest it will be sorted soon. But they won’t say how soon. In the meantime they will want your postcode and probably tell you to switch to 3G or get a new Sim or reset your network settings.

    @ThreeUK @jordanfstephens My contract with @ThreeUK is finally finished. I couldn't be any happier. It was a huge mistake signing up with them. Fake promises and terrible mobile coverage. Don't make the same mistake peeps.

    @Mr_Bluue007 @ThreeUKSupport Did you have to wait until the end of your contract to change? My husband had recommended them as he had no problems before 😫 I was with Tesco mobile for years with no issues!

    @ThreeUK I pay for unlimited internet however, unless I’m connected to wifi I have ZERO internet connection ANYWHERE! I live in hertfordshire not in a mine under a Chilean mountain! Honestly the WORST network and I’m stuck in contract for another year 💔😭
