@ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Have a look at my recent conversations with them. They have said about a problem with coverage and masts in our area, so work on it. Also keep asking me to do webchats which is totally unnecessary. I have even brought my own Wi-Fi booster and makes barely any difference.

@ThreeUKSupport the data speed is so bad now whats going on ? Getting less that 1Mb speed It's been dodgy for months. Bt17 postcode area .my broadband was out until the thismorning and I was unable to use my data at all

@ThreeUKSupport I never used to have a problem accessing the internet outside in those areas before and the others I know didn’t use to have problems making phone calls/texts whilst being outside in those places too
