    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @ThreeUKSupport Not really Kim. Can't get through security on chat as fraudster have changed password and memorable info. Call centre say shop can change password, you say they can't.......No solution is there?

    @ThreeUKSupport The money already taking from my bank and when I called them and they told me that charge because of changing contract and what I know that basic rate only applies when you cancel or leave the company so that’s the reason that I cancel it and I asked for my puk number
