Mis-sold a 24m SIM-only contract, assured me twice it was cancelled (once after 2 hours on the phone), cases all closed. Now you’ve reinstated it AGAIN, and sent a bill. This is appalling. Rung up to top it up they won’t do it with out the sim being in a phone to receive a text message, I don’t have a 3 device, I bought it for a mobile router. Won’t work in my EE phone! 😞
