    @Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

    @ThreeUKSupport Been trying to get my PAC since yesterday, was told I’d have to wait until today, now I’ve been told I have to call back again in 48 hours. You’re required to provide the PAC immediately (or within a couple of hours), this is really poor that it can’t be sorted

    @ThreeUKSupport When I signed up to the older plan, there was no mention of my plan being forced to change. This is extremely shady behaviour from a network provider. No other network does this. Extremely disappointed 2/2

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s various locations across Norfolk and Suffolk - sadly not just one postcode. I pay a lot of money for a service… which I don’t get. It really is frustrating when it’s daily

    @ThreeUKSupport Still not fixed, so a time would be good as afternoon is not very helpful. I have just cancelled my Direct Debit and sent a letter to Ofcom as this is appalling service for a new customer.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @dpd_uk I am actually disgusted with these companies. Last week I upgraded my phone the package came with no phone in the box I called and made a complaint again they sent out a package this time with a bottle of radox inside

    @ThreeUK thank god for the rep on the phone who sorted out my issue which was way more use than the moron in the shop. Told me I could only have a 2 year MBB sim that had to be replaced. Turns out I could have had a month/3 month card and can top up. Idiot.

    @ThreeUKSupport I received a managers call back ant that is what I was told... this was done by you customer relations team. I was told the next steps would be the ombudsman. From what I see your team are stealing phones from customers and charging them
