    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

    @ThreeUKSupport I bought a phone in 2015 to be paid off over two years. In 2017, I finished paying off the phone, but @ThreeUK continued to charge me for the phone every month for three years after this. They refuse to refund the money. I have raised a complaint.

    @ThreeUKSupport 15th Sept. It transferred over on 22nd Sept. So if I pay a month to in advance then am I due a refund given my contract is done and I’ve left the network?
