@ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

@ThreeUKSupport Confirmed again and he passed me to cancellations who say it’s around £70 to cancel. Even after copying and pasting the previous agents messages it’s completely ignored and blanked. Not impressed especially when it’s not my error and an error/mistake by several of your team

@ThreeUKSupport reporting you to human rights.Seems uve had an engineer in a cabinet working on a fault for over a month now.The 4G in S75 is seriously broke and you just kick the can down the road another 7 days every time i call.Its gone beyond a joke now.realy awful today 💩🤯
