@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport No confidence in 3 & that that the alert will work in the future. If the issue was so easily fixed after the failed test, why wasn’t it spotted in the weeks prior? One of the reasons for the test was to ensure that people’s devices will also work correctly. Now none of us know!

@ThreeUK I'm sure you guys all share one braincell! What a load of bollocks, how can you be so certain that it will work when there is a genuine emergency if you aren't going to test it again! Can't say I'm surprised for the Three network, always up for half assed ****!

  • mamapanda58 Mihaela Filipescu (@mamapanda58) reported

@dickyadams @riotgrandma72 You are the minority group just 2%of Three UK customers receive the emergency alert.98%they didn't.Threeuk are investigating the issue In my area where we live we don't have a strong signal just 2bars .if I want to have a conversation I have to outside in the street.

  • ryanmckean Ryan McKean (@ryanmckean) reported

@ThreeUK But how can you know future alerts won’t fail if it isn’t run again on scale🤔

  • martinimcfli Kate ♿️ (@martinimcfli) reported

@Anne__Strachan @JIX5A @ThreeUK Your network sends a signal to your phone setting the regularity that it looks for an emergency alert. (It’s not ‘listening’ in any sinister manner :) )If the regularity is, say, every 60 seconds yet the alert lasts only 10 seconds, the majority of customers will miss it.
