@ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

@ThreeUK what is the best way of contacting you? My contract ended years ago and you continue to charge me for a sim I don’t use and nobody is responding to emails. Live chat is unable to help and you keep referring me to debt collectors. Really terrible customer service

Hi @ThreeUK! Can I get some technical support please? There's issues with a particular eNodeB in my area. Band 32 & 20 wont aggregate with band 3. I tried to explain this to your level 2 support yesterday and was told it's because of congestion which is not true. Can you help me?
