@ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

I’ve now been paying for a contract with @ThreeUK for 3 months for an unusable SIM due to lies and incompetence on EVERY phone call and branch visit. Avoid at ALL COSTS. I’ve been with three for 10 years and will NEVER sign anything with them again.
