    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @ThreeUK I have just tried to cancel my iPad data account as per a letter I received. Can’t believe how difficult your agent made it.I couldn’t understand a word he said so I gave up,now I will have to go into the store to sort it

    @ThreeUKSupport So I am finally getting the chance to try and sort out my broadband - been on the phone for 9.5 mins, the music suddenly stopped at 7.5 mins, now nothing!! HELP!!!!

    @ThreeUK our mobile broadband has gone from excellent 125mb down to 5mb and unresponsive. Signal strength is good mobiles on three are good too. Almost as if some throttling has been applied. We can’t use the website to contact you, the website won’t let us login please help

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes- when I log in using my mob number + password, it takes me to the confirm your email page (guess I didn't finish registering originally?), and then churns out this error. + when I use password reset, same issue. Reset with no problems then taken to the confirm your email page

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s to long winded for here, can I contact a Uk call center as everyone I’ve spoken to so keeps saying they don’t have the authority to help with the problem.

    @ThreeUK hour on the phone with absolutely no help whatsoever, appalled at the level of customer service. Never experienced such a lack of help, cheap network for a reason. #ee

    @ThreeUKSupport Ok...so I’ve just sat waiting for your chat operative to appear for half an hour and it eventually cut me off. I literally don’t have all day to sit and wait for Three. I have work to do. I want to cancel my order, I’ve had bad vibes since Tuesday and this is the last straw tbh.
