Only signed up to @threeuk because of its offer which relatively reasonable despite I have been worn of its dodgy practice and true it nightmare and customer services like sneak charmers never believe a word they say but worth paying more to safe myself from continues headache

@ThreeUK I have tried calling using 333 and can’t get through to anyone from customer service. I have been over charged on my bill for zero reason and the 5G is dreadful!

@tescomobile, what a pathetic service/network you have. Last 4/5 days I have had no data, no voice calls, and no text messages. I did a big mistake joining you and leaving @ThreeUK . I cannot use my phone for any OTP purpose.

Can not believe that when I ask for the bereavement team @ThreeUK the team asks what it is about. 15 minutes on the phone and we still haven’t been put through to the correct department. Absolute shocking customer service.

I honestly advice absolutely no one ever go with @ThreeUK ! They’re absolutely awful. There customer service are the worst I’ve ever had to handle! They’re seriously thick!

@ThreeUKSupport If it’s ok I won’t. I’ll only get the same answer of “we’ve seen there’s been work in your area and it’ll improve soon” which never does.
