Peter Edmondson (@PeteyNojjysdad) reported from Yeovil, EnglandHey @ThreeUK your support centre has been hacked. People keep asking me to prove who I am. Funny thing is they can't prove who they are. Why do you need to see my passport? you don't know who I am anyway?
-
Oliver's Coffee House (@OliversSherbs) reported from Yeovilton, England@ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating
-
Peter Edmondson (@PeteyNojjysdad) reported from Butleigh, England@ThreeUKSupport have spent hours on there, they've had my proof of identity but now lost it, the account's still blocked as is the app. Honestly, never known anything like it. an absolute joke
-
Oliver's Coffee House (@OliversSherbs) reported from Sherborne, England@ThreeUK And yet simple phone calls keep getting dropped at the moment, there's no signal in half my house and maximum H internet around here
-
𝘼𝙙𝙖𝙢 (@acmtix) reported from Castle Cary, England@BTimberley @ThreeUKSupport This is a great example thread of how not to run a support service to your customers. If you'd like to relay this story to a media service let me know and we can promote your story. Three should be ashamed of themselves.
-

-
F 🇧🇩 (@F_Drippo) reported@ThreeUK Network is so bad 😑
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
-
Richard Adams (@richardwadams) reported@paullewismoney It should be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. My best example was @ThreeUKSupport. I had to print out a form and post it to them. A telecommunications company. It beggared belief. They of course denied ever receiving it.
-
Bloatee (@Bloatee1) reported@CasinoCapital @ThreeUKSupport Is that a bad thing?
-
zaf (@zaffyzak) reportedWow just when I thought Giffgaff had the worst network signal, @ThreeUK came to dethrone them. Genuinely what ******** is wrong with you all
-
André Walker (@andrejpwalker) reportedI’m so angry about this @paramountplus thing with @ThreeUK. I was basically forced into it by the salesperson. It’s impossible to access and impossible to cancel. £10 a month for nothing.
-
Brett (@BrettOfTheSouth) reported45 minuets on live chat to sort a simple issue. Doesn't help they take 4 minuets to reply each time. On @ThreeUKSupport
-
🏴🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported@ThreeUK won’t be keeping me as a customer. Reception is crap and the Nero coffee was the one redeemer. Now it’s £2 and can only claim within the hour, if you wait too long all the codes are gone. Useless.
-
Airlim (@Mainstreamlive) reported@coveragechecker @ThreeUK Nah no favours I could call in but then I would want everyone to get good signal and at least something decent lol ah the masts they were a good thing, at least you get some really good stuff lol
-
Taylor✌️ (@JulieOutrageous) reported@KayliePaylie @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I think the only time we've paid more than like £6 for the cinema was when we were in London, and you expect it down there
