@Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

Thanks @ThreeUK and Cheyene for the worst customer support! Refused to proceed to listen and solve my problem, as I gave her MY full name (first,middle, last) which did not match the account - account name is MY first name and last name! Just coz I said my middle name!

@ThreeUKSupport -network tests (various) -a new SIM card and was told it would resolve it. -more network tests -offered only two months credit for my phone bill which I decline at the time as I didn’t feel it was sufficient for the months of network issues.

@ThreeUKSupport I was advised by one of your call handlers my phone reception problems over the last 2 years was probably because my sim needed changing. I ordered the sim then my old sim was deactivated in 30 + years as a mobile user I never come across this the incompetence is gobsmacking.

@ThreeUKSupport then this offer was downgraded to £10 off my bill by a three rep without empathy and poor listening skills. -have had to explain my issues at least 10-15 times and each time I get taken through the same steps. - have been told on four occasions the ‘back end team will call me’.

@ThreeUKSupport Customer services confirmed the deactivation also was told by live chat bew sim should be here today customer services say tomorrow in the meantime I'm lising earnings at the busiest time of the year. No one can explain why sim w as cancelled before the new one was received

@ThreeUK Ordered a new phone online on the 7th Dec. Still waiting, last weeks excuse from 333 was It’s been returned and this weeks one is blaming Apple for no stock. Bit of consistency would help!
