    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

    @Cliff_Caird @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I,can only get 4g with three and I'm lucky if I can get a 0.20 download speed. Not even enough to watch Facebook videos on three. I'm leaving three. Plus, three think I will pay an extra £5 pcm for the same ****** service. Yeah, upping my bill by £5 pcm though lmao a joke

    @ThreeUKSupport I filled in details to bring number when I switched to you via @UswitchUK but when sim came your team had no knowledge of this. Number was then set to switch today and want to check it’s happening. Can you help?

    @ThreeUKSupport Same links same responses. This is going in circles. I have made my position clear. If you are going to respond by sending me links to a service that threatened to suspend my service because I wouldn't take a bribe then I think there is nothing left to be said betwn us. @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport When I disconnect from the wifi it does not connect automatically to a network. I am asked to sign -in and then say I do not have enough data.

    @ThreeUK To all mobile broadband / mobile data customers, apparently 2mb per second is an acceptable speed ... I have had it out multiple times with 3 and they will not accept there is an issue. I even explained that I have walked up to their mast and still get the same results.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser, it was a year ago if not longer when I spoke to someone. No options were given as it wasn’t an issue with my phone but your network. A small monthly discount was applied to my bill but I’d much rather be paying in full for a service/network that works & works well.
