    @Gemsb1 @ThreeUKSupport If @ThreeUK done their job properly @ThreeUKSupport then @Gemsb1 would have stayed loyal to you. However, they told her nothing then expected her today for an extra 30 days so she can keep the number she's always had. Poor customer services from you lot.

    @ThreeUKSupport Because the contract was in the wrong name they wanted photos of passports and utilities bills before they would correct the contact name. My husband and I have both had Three accounts for a number of years and the bank details name was correct. Asked them to cancel Pay Monthly

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to resolve a payment issue with 3 mobile for the past 1 month now, I have been calling custommer service, spending hours on the phone with no resolution and also chatting to customer service with no resolution. My account was incorrectly debited by three twice

    Getting extremely slow (or no) broadband from @ThreeUK mifi (below 0.5mbps or nothing). Seriously let down. Anything that can be done before I change internet provider?

    @ThreeUK some of the worst customer service I have ever seen! Were promised a £70 refund because of terrible service and spoke to a lovely lady that said we could also cancel our contract without fees. Now being told the £70 can be applied as credit towards EXIT FEES of £100+
