    @ThreeUK I have just tried to cancel my iPad data account as per a letter I received. Can’t believe how difficult your agent made it.I couldn’t understand a word he said so I gave up,now I will have to go into the store to sort it

    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport What if a customer is left in limbo and no one is resolving the issue and keep pasing the customer to different people while on hold for hours to talk to them? Iam a monthly contract customer and using three dor years and when having issue no one is bother to resolv.Any one here?

    @ThreeUKSupport trying to unlock my iPhone. Submitted the form twice and chatted with your advisors numerous times. Even received the confirmation that is it unlocked but it is not. Can someone help me please?

    @ThreeUK Awful new customer experience. Can't easily call and then passed to 4 customer service reps (each time reciting the same details) who can't tell me why you have taken money from my account and not given any email confirmation. Then they hang up on me! Help required!

    why on earth does @ThreeUK require a PIN to listen to voicemails?! i had to create a PIN and then forgot it and it’s causing me so many issues just to listen to my voicemail lol why???

    @Ofcom Hi @Ofcom thanks for the reply, I'll take a look. I've not entered into a contract with @ThreeUK but they bill me monthly, I've contacted them numerous times and they tell me they will stop but don't. They've said if I cancel the direct debit it'll damage my credit report.
