    @ThreeUKSupport It's Jane, not Oliver. Yes, I've restarted my phone numerous times. I haven't had signal in my house for the 7 years I've been with you. 3G is generally ok when I'm out and about, it's the call dropping that's most irritating

    @ThreeUK I have just tried to cancel my iPad data account as per a letter I received. Can’t believe how difficult your agent made it.I couldn’t understand a word he said so I gave up,now I will have to go into the store to sort it

    @GrahamFalk @ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately I’m still tied to them on my original contract for another 8 months, so can’t recommend anyone else. It’s a shame their customer service is so bad, because from personal experience the network itself is great. I’ll be shopping about when this one’s finished though

    @ThreeUK your customer service is a joke. You have vending machines in airports selling sim cards that don't work and your stores will do nothing to resolve the issue. Cheers for stealing £40 from me

    Ridiculous @ThreeUK scamming customers for months paying contracts when the network doesn’t even cover the area anymore. Customer service is like talking to a bunch of apes. Avoid this network at all costs!!!! Scammers
