  • keithflitton Keith Flitton (@keithflitton) reported from Banbury, England

    @ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

  • Pikey1510 Andrew Pike (@Pikey1510) reported from Kings Sutton, England

    @ThreeUK no service at OX17 3RD

    @ThreeUKSupport At a minimum I expect some form of discount to be applied to my account for lack of service for almost 3 weeks. This will go a long way to restoring some sort of faith in yourselves

  • FabinhoMert Fabinho Mert #GTTO #JC4PM (@FabinhoMert) reported from St Helens, England

    @ThreeUKSupport You need to own this and be truthful with your customers. I’m paying for a service I’m not receiving and im well within my rights to cancel. But I’m giving you the benefit of the doubt to try and explain please.

  • bradclarkuk Brad Clark (@bradclarkuk) reported from Poplar, England

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Bro was promised that my problems would be sorted when 5g comes. I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

  • BurnsideKaren karen davies (@BurnsideKaren) reported

    @ThreeUK I should have feel at home, but had no service since landing in Cyprus yesterday please advise thanks

  • type__error Sophie Koonin (@type__error) reported

    @milesbxf @suhailpatel @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff I used to have terrible problems with O2 around Victoria when I worked there - Victoria station was a dead spot - that's why I switched to EE. I'm switching back though so we'll see I guess!

  • adelmandani96 Adel Mandani (@adelmandani96) reported

    @ThreeUK I am still waiting for mobile service .

  • milesbxf Miles Bryant (@milesbxf) reported

    @suhailpatel @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Just putting in a good word for O2 - rarely have problems with signal in London. I've not had to interact with support in 3 years so can't rate that, but guess that's a good thing in itself

  • ferretd69 Phil Davis (@ferretd69) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport @cassgomez Instead of this banal response, concentrate on improving your service. It is patchy and appalling at times.

  • benwood Ben Wood (@benwood) reported

    With the most data hungry mobile customers in the UK, #5G can’t come soon enough for @ThreeUK from a capacity & performance perspective. This 5G broadband solution is a first step, but getting 5G handsets into its users’ hands has to be the big focus going forward.

  • benwood Ben Wood (@benwood) reported

    Given @ThreeUK a pure play operator focused on mobile connectivity its unsurprising it's offering a disruptive #5G home broadband solution, particularly given it is able to leverage the former Relish assets that it had acquired.
