    @BNogood @ThreeUK @SamsungUK @GadgetsBoy Lucky you. I’ve been with them about 14 years. Service used to be good but in parts of Oxford now, I can’t even place a call, never mind access data. We don’t live in the middle of nowhere. I would expect better.

    @ThreeUKSupport Your service in my area has been this lousy since July. I scrapped my contract with you for my iPad sim and switched to Vodafone. I’m still paying off my iPhone but will leave soon as it’s paid. My wife has left you for O2. Good service from both O2 & Vodafone

    @ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

    @ThreeUK this will be the third time I'm ringing and if another agent tells me one more time that they can't hear me because of your network, I will cancel all 4 of my direct debits, yes that's 4 mobile contracts tomorrow morning.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. This is correct. I dont know why three told me i had access till 19th and i dont. Surely it my data and no hastle to you if i check my bill? Also, three have promised to send by post other bills for other numbers and never received

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Support. You have issues with no network coverage in the Faringdon (SN7) area currently. I can confirm this is with 3 separate mobiles. Yes they have been restarted.

    I’ve said it plenty of times before and i’ll say it again; @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport 4g coverage is shite. Full bar signal yet nothing loads. Time to change providers.

    @ThreeUK worst experience ever. Been with you for 12 years yet get unbelievable service from their customers service team. Promised one thing and quickly changed the rules without letting me know. I hope ur calls are recorded. All I need is a new upgrade, how hard is that to do?

    @ThreeUK Interesting! I cancel 2 accounts with you. One letter says you owe me £16 and if I want it Ill have to contact you and then claim it. The other in a snotty tone demands I pay £3. Not quite right somehow ?

    @ThreeUKSupport Moved to new home and the Three reception map says we should be covered by full bars 4G (EH6, Edinburgh) but there is no coverage indoor & only 1 bar outside. Husband & I can barely make calls or get internet access within about 400m of new home. Can you help?
