@ThreeUKSupport No, had a PAYG sim, put in phone, didn't get a registration SMS, so phones not registered. Every support page on your site needs me to provide a mobile number but i don't know what it is

@ThreeUKSupport It was an upgrade that I requested due to a broken phone. The signal with Three is so bad so they offered me £50 off the early upgrade fee and the person on chat offered me a deal for the iPhone 12 pro Max, 256gb for £68 a month and no upfront cost which wasn’t written in notes!

@GraceCRoberts @ThreeUK 2/ Which I did. I have proof of delivery at the Three warehouse in Norwich. But now they say they can not find it in the actual warehouse. So are still trying to charge me for th 2 accounts! Debt collectors and everything is happening. It has been awful .My advice, don't do it!
