@ThreeUKSupport please get your network fixed. Having down time like this with 0 mention of it via and update I'll be leaving mid way through contract! Just as I did twice with EE! Ask them if they managed to win a case trying to get the rest of their funds!

I normally have good things to say about @ThreeUK but it just took nearly an hour on text chat with @ThreeUKSupport to get a pac code after they couldn’t match a deal from @iD_Mobile_UK shame the end of years of mostly good service was so poor.

@ThreeUKSupport Absolutely disgusting attitude of your advisors. Took out a SIM only contract last week. Rang customer services and got through to an Indian call centre. When I said I’d rather speak to someone in the UK the advisor just laughed. Result ? Cancelled the contract.

I've been a @ThreeUK cusomter for more than 10 years and have always paid for unlimited data plans which gave me freedom on holiday getting to use the same plan I have at home. Now going to Florida and limited to 12GB for the entire month, not a happy customer!

@ThreeUKSupport 5G seems to be around me but not at my postcode. However I get 1 bar 5G with no working data or calls or texts as signal is so weak. My phone seems to prefer the 1 bar 5G over 3 bars 4G. When will 5G be in postcode Wa72hp as I'm missing calls and texts?

@ThreeUK set up your 5g broadband this morning. Had a good signal and 5g connection 200mb+ speed. Now signal has dropped to poor, 4g connection and 2mb speed.... Router in the same place!

Wtf do @VodafoneUK hope to achieve? I leave them because of constant one con calls. They still ring! Been happy with @ThreeUK for years- no cold calls from them. 👍
