V poor cust. service from @ThreeUK. Phoned to cancel contract as better deal elsewhere. Upgrade offered at higher price than own website. Agreed on new upgrade. When told T&Cs, I asked to stop due to terms. Told upgrade was processed BEFORE I agreed to T&Cs - is this legal?
