@ThreeUKSupport please get your network fixed. Having down time like this with 0 mention of it via and update I'll be leaving mid way through contract! Just as I did twice with EE! Ask them if they managed to win a case trying to get the rest of their funds!

@ThreeUK still having network issues, no signals, emergency calls only, 0 internet, causing me to have a day off of work, would you like to cover our bills as 1 day work is both our monthly bills!

@ThreeUK love how **** your whole company is. I still get emails about an old phone number saying I owe so much money and it's going to debt collectors even though I've phoned up and constantly asked for it to be cancelled.

@ThreeUKSupport the billing address was apparently my old address which I explained on the original phone call and changed, but clearly it wasn't changed on the system. So now I have this crap with debt collectors to deal with.

@ThreeUKSupport was teaching yesterday and wifi just stopped so couldnt get lesson plans or video for kids... For last 1.3yrs service has gone from 100% to 20%. What is going on? from UK-EU taking Mifi all bad now. Have you had new CEO or had a take over? what is going on?

@ThreeUK - you really need to sort out your out-sourced customer services. You could not have made a simple situation more complex with threats, poor admin and a lot of wasted time - 4 calls (each 30+ minutes) to do something simple - from 13 November to 30 January (so far!)
