@ThreeUKSupport please get your network fixed. Having down time like this with 0 mention of it via and update I'll be leaving mid way through contract! Just as I did twice with EE! Ask them if they managed to win a case trying to get the rest of their funds!

@ThreeUKSupport Still, the expense was a month of incompetence You need a better support team in the app, they all are useless, I am constantly getting problems from something they have done. Out of pocket a month of my phone essentially.

Anyone in ML7 should avoid @ThreeUK. There’s been a known issue where you’ve either got no service or it shows as 3G but still doesn’t work since 11th Nov. @ThreeUKSupport are no use for it either. Poor show.

@MzZippa @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK Appreciate the recommendation mate. Sorted with someone else now. This was a contract I took out for my lad as he was 17 at the time. Found it impossible to cancel with Three as they just kept taking the payment. Lies after lies from the help team.

@_Kano_P @TheTwatRises If question was directed to me,then my answer is I know that's how they got the phone number. My other son who didn't do a school survey did not get this booster text. So I'm sure.If they got the phone numbers from @ThreeUK our network supplier, then why only one of us had text?

@ThreeUKSupport Did did you not read the part where I said I've reported it 4 times, everytime I've used online chat to talk to you and customer relations an been fobbed off with the same story of either no issues showing or yes there is a problem but no fix date available 1/2

@SuperHutchy64 @ThreeUK Thats good. Have been a big customer of three for years and years. Only thing I got from them this Christmas was a breach of my data protection.

@bobajob1414 @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK Good luck 🙏. They'd be harassing you with threats and fines if it was the other way around. If you've paid by direct debit, the bank should be able to help you with the direct debit guarantee. Tell them it was taken in error and ask them to refund you the outstanding amount.

@Diana_Kempster @ThreeUKSupport @badperm I'll be giving Three a call. Guaranteed they're going to plead ignorance, decline liability, and look stupid once I'm on the phone with them and offer some "compensation" like £10 (pffft) on my account. *** Sending unsolicited harassing communications is an offence. Period. ***
