@ThreeUK wtf is going on with your signal.. I’ve gone from being able to stream to being able to do F..all. This is an absolute joke.. signals got worse over the last month.. think it’s time to change suppliers

@ThreeUK still having network issues, no signals, emergency calls only, 0 internet, causing me to have a day off of work, would you like to cover our bills as 1 day work is both our monthly bills!

@SteveHarding_ @ThreeUK Sounds like you have previous with 3 Steve? My biggest problem is that there is seemingly continuous work on the mast opposite my work. The mast is then switched off and I’m left with no service which then impacts my work directly as suppliers and colleagues call me on....

@ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I was told they were closed immediately and due to the issues I had faced, there would be no charges. No final bill confirming. Only an informal looking letter stating my complaint could not be resolved but I could take it to the ombudsman.

@ThreeUKSupport having terrible problems with 3 private to business swap and can’t get any sense from either part of Three, they don’t take responsibility for customer issues and after 15 plus years with them we are going to move our 4 phones to another provider.

Tried @ThreeUK WiFi broadband - too slow and weak. Returned equipment 8 Jan within cooling off period. Spoke to @ThreeUKSupport 13 Jan to confirm. Today received threatening letter demanding payment. Is this good #customerservice @ThreeUK ?
