@ThreeUKSupport please get your network fixed. Having down time like this with 0 mention of it via and update I'll be leaving mid way through contract! Just as I did twice with EE! Ask them if they managed to win a case trying to get the rest of their funds!

@ThreeUK so if I pay for mobile broadband service for when I’m holiday in France. Top up £125 as directed by Three. The service didn’t work at all so I asked for my money back. Three are advising that as it’s a pay as you go account you are not entitled to a refund! #threescam

@ThreeUKSupport Fix the bloody mobile network issue at Purley area, RG31 6FR. It’s been nearly two months!!!😡😡😡😡 can’t get a signal or just one tower. Missed many important calls and text because of this. We need some kind of refund on our monthly bill. Very frustrating!!

@BeanKateryna @ThreeUK @O2 I tried three once didn't like it. I moved and couldn't get any signal at home or in my area but I was stuck with the contract. I did cancel in the end. I love being on O2. I tried a few networks before but always went back to O2 then just stuck with them.

After nearly 20 years with @ThreeUK, I'm switching to O2/VirginMedia. Never had any major issues with 3 & got good deals in the past, but I travel to the EU quite a lot, so greedily bringing back EU roaming charges when O2 haven't was the clincher. Also got a good deal with @O2
