    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    @ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

    @ConsumrRightsUK @ThreeUK I need some help: My 3 dongle hasn't worked and customer services lets me hang on the phone and hangs on me. I am effectively paying for nothing but they are threatening me if I don't pay. Surely a contract is worth nothing if the goods aren't working??

    @GetMeAManager @ThreeUKSupport Sounds like it. Well then if it’s all about money and not the customers then I’ll do my best to let everyone know NOT to go with three or similar companies. Not because someone wrote something down & I signed it makes it acceptable.

    @ThreeUK been on live chat with you twice, for 1 hour each time, in the past two weeks asking for duplicate bills. They’ve both said 24 hours and neither time have they arrived. Useless service. I don’t have another hour spare to redo it. I will be leaving three as soon as I can

I worked in customer service all my life & the decent companies acknowledge the difference in vulnerable & the fact barely any one reads T&Cs ...

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes it was the 3 technical support team that told her. They gave her a few things to try on her phone and when it didn’t work the guy said it ok to change phone since it’s only a month old. The phone then cut off after an hour speaking with him and now no one will let her change
