@ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

I think very soon I'll be saying 👋 to @ThreeUK and 🤝 to @virginmedia...over the last couple of years, the signal has got increasingly worse. I have just bought a new phone, but the problem persists...really unhappy.

@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

@ThreeUK How long until you have fixed your poor customer service and really awful data speeds? Been 4 weeks now with some days having download speeds below 0.5Mbs. Helpline next to useless, unless it is on their script they cannot help.

@ScarredNtScared @ThreeUK Luckily the amazing assistant manager at Bristol sorted me out with a “well I think we can assume from the time she spent trying to cancel her contract that her intent was to CANCEL” to customer service for me who waved the bill. Shouldn’t come to that really should it

@ScarredNtScared @ThreeUK Ugh. I spent a total of 3.5 hours trying to cancel my contract then was contact 4 YEARS LATER through a debt collector because I hadn’t paid my contract 🙄
