@ThreeUKSupport @AliSwanLon Exact problem here is Spain. I can make calls and receive texts but can't receive calls. Three to Three calls are obviously affected. Your live chat team unaware of the problem- might be worth letting them know.

@lebara dont bother using - WORST customer service. Took money for a sim then claimed they cant see it 😡😡 spoke to 3 agents, sent proof & STILL no contact in 48 hours, now changed to @ThreeUK so my daughters bday isnt ruined

@ThreeUKSupport Unable to load apps such as Netflix or Disney+ on my tv or fire tv devices in the g32 6eb area. No issues on the coverage checker but had limited access to these apps for nearly a week

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, so if I've been a sim only customer for the last 3/4 years, I won't be charged any roaming fees, once you re-introduce them next month?? Asking because I am 'abroad' daily for work, and I'll need to look for a new network if I'll be charged for roaming. Thanks
