    @ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK's service is appalling! In April you confirmed via Live Chat that my contract would end on 02-May. You then didn't actually cancel my contract until July. For the past 2 months I haven't used your services at all yet you are trying to charge me for them!

    @ThreeUKSupport sms was requested vis sms texting PAC and my DOB. response was pac and finbal bill will be £11. this is very unfair. i was moving to a pay as u go with voda because i am not working at least u can miss a payment on PAYG and top up when i can. my account number is 983366000502

    @ThreeUKSupport I was in furlough and have since lost my job and will struggle to make a payment and had to move to a pay as you go just in case I am unable to to top up. I relief on the pac message and now I am in such horrible areas. Yr finance team were unsympathetic and kept repeating 12 mth

    @THT1878 @Flemo1878 @ThreeUK @EE Our Stes got an iPhone 11 and with my discount for being their best customer It’s 40 a month and my sim only with 50 gig is 12 a month tell them ya know me baz 😂👍👍👍👍

    @ThreeUKSupport used my pac code after i was advised that my final amount would be £11 on my SMS. i was shocked to find that the i was on a 12 months (and NOT 30 day contract as i was advised by yr store) and my final bill is £148.77! Yr finance department were rude!

    @ThreeUK will not give me my PAC code so I can leave this godforsaken network. DO NOT JOIN THREE!!! The network is terrible and the customer service is abysmal. AVOID THREE AT ALL COSTS
