    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    @ThreeUKSupport As noted, I've had three devices at this location, all of them have given a dBm in the poor to no service range. It's definitely the location of the mast which is the issue.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, my wife and I have been without 4G for well over 24 hours now. Your network status checker has said you're "fixing an issue" since yesterday morning. Are you able to give an actual ETA on the fix? Or, a refund for the lost days of data?!?

    @Claytoncast @ThreeUK I went from being an O2 customer for years as customer service was shocking lots of problems and deals expensive to Plusnet. Fab deals great customer service 👍🏻

    @jadesharp1992 @ThreeUK Honestly I’m so angry I’ve been with 3 for 7 years now and always had issues, was ready to switch to EE this year but 3 offered to do it for a bit cheaper and I just caved 😩2 advisers on live chat told me I’d get a free replacement under warranty and Apple just said they lied!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I have a b525 mobile broadband with you and for over a month now I have been getting speeds of 1-2 mbps, I've been in contact with you numerous times about this issue. You just won't sort it. How a, I supposed to work from home

    @ThreeUK I requested to cancel my contract as I was in my 30 day period.. I have never experienced bad customer service... A. Your advisors beg us to stay on and B. Now I have no service... I need my PAC code I CANNOT afford to lose my number.
