    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    @ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    @MuraliSurendran @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah ended up hrs on the phone trying to sort things and they did nothing to make-up for it or get me to stay. Tried escalate complaint or speak to someone more senior + basically said I couldn't. Literally a pit of madness trying to deal with them, gave up after all the stress.

    @ThreeUKSupport Just spoke to the amazing Alison (from Glasgow) in the Social Media Customer Service team who hopefully has resolved all the issues that normal Customer Services failed at ... repeatedly ... since 22/11/20. Now know which team to contact first should there be a next time!

    @MuraliSurendran @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Yeah seems to have gone to **** over the last year - been with them almost 10yrs. Gave up actually trying to renew my contract to stay with them, they made it so difficult - CS has become restricted to script + robotic, like talking to a brick wall.

    @ThreeUKSupport hows about putting up an update on the service status and progress or otherwise at the top of your profile instead of all that outdated tripe. Many of us have very sick relatives and need to take regular calls from medical services. Stop ignoring your customers 😡
