So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

@ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

@ThreeUK useless, pathetic customer service - my 15 month old iPhone dies, they want to charge me £161 to upgrade and get a new one or pay £155 cancellation fee. So I'm stuck paying my normal monthly payment for the next 7 months but can't use.

@ThreeUK reiceied my upgrade yesterday however the phone is having to be replaced cause there was an issue with the phone, just curious because my plan is as if I’ve got a new phone, but still using the old one. No idea when the replacement is even being delivered

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @three Worst customer service I've ever encountered. 10 years without a complaint. 8 days of limbo over a tech problem on Threes side. Not a single call to explain. Advisors who just put you on hold rather while you're talking. Horrible.
