    Please be aware that three will renew your contract when yours one ended!!! They did that to me and said it was did online so they can’t do anything but had to stick with them for another 24m with the same contact!!!! Fix it or you will lose a loyal customer forever! @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, no it's not that bad, it's just irritating that someone keeps leaving the same kind of voicemail every few days. I'd have to change my number with so many companies it wouldn't be worth the hassle anyway.

    @ThreeUK Get connected to your advisor no problem, it takes him that long to issue my new contract that delivery date for my phone goes from 23rd October to the 11th November..... Absolute pile of **** not even bothering whatever

    @ThreeUKSupport hi @ThreeUKSupport , I have called you to cancel a sim only contract within the 14 day cooling off period. Your customer service team are unable to send me an email verification of the cancellation ? How can i get assuranace that the line has been cancelled.

    @theconvernation @ThreeUKSupport I've had this experience as well. 200-300M in the first few months, steadily dropping to around 25 now. I could begrudgingly live with this if the latency wasn't so awful (200ms), which makes streaming any video impossible.
