    Plenty of emergency alerts received to all phones connected to the @vodaphoneuk network in the house, but nothing received on the @ThreeUK network despite connected to 4G.

    @ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

    So time for an upgrade on my phone but @ThreeUK are offering a longtime customer £58 a month whilst I’ve seen it elsewhere for £38 looks like I’ll be cancelling my contract tomorrow

    @ThreeUK what a complete shower of **** this service is our lass has spent over 10 hours on phone on numerous occasions sorted things out eventually,only for the idiots to keep taking money when she's £400 in credit

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK It’s three customers service (sorry I mean lack of) that shocks me. I have expensive bills average £100 a month, and have no help whenever there is a issue (which is a lot)!

    @ThreeUKSupport India chat staff wouldnt respond to a complaint. Not even a manager. Online for hours. Disgusting ! Then phoned 333. And that call helped to make an official complaint . Typical take your money and stuff the customer. Lets see if three responds

    @marcusmark2019 @ThreeUK If they haven't done this and stated you can get 5g, then this is a Miselling regs violation (GC23). Put an official complaint into their Executive Office into the St Vincent Street, Glasgow office

    @ThreeUK is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away. Service is terrible. ALWAYS PROBLEMS And their customer service is nothing short of offensive. Disgusting company.
