  • LeonBanks Leon Banks (@LeonBanks) reported from York, England

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken Once again, I see you are doing nothing at all to help the general public in these hard times. Received my latest bill & you are telling me my monthly charges are going up. If my £100 bills each month were not enough to bend me over!

  • Pontemiller Nick Lawton (@Pontemiller) reported from Knottingley, England

I think very soon I'll be saying 👋 to @ThreeUK and 🤝 to @virginmedia...over the last couple of years, the signal has got increasingly worse. I have just bought a new phone, but the problem persists...really unhappy.

  • LeonBanks Leon Banks (@LeonBanks) reported from York, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK It’s three customers service (sorry I mean lack of) that shocks me. I have expensive bills average £100 a month, and have no help whenever there is a issue (which is a lot)!

  • Yorkieh69 Heather Tindall (@Yorkieh69) reported from York, England

So time for an upgrade on my phone but @ThreeUK are offering a longtime customer £58 a month whilst I’ve seen it elsewhere for £38 looks like I’ll be cancelling my contract tomorrow

  • nickhat75 Nick Hatfield (@nickhat75) reported from Cliffe, England

@EE @O2 @ThreeUK you all claim on advertisements your No1 for network which one of you is lying ???

  • EdgyTrowel Victoria Cornford 👑 (@EdgyTrowel) reported from Heslington, England

Hey @ThreeUKSupport, do you know if there are any issues in YO10 postcode, or why I'm getting an error saying "the number you have called is not compatible with the service you are using"

  • marietemitope_ RIEE 👅 🥳 (@marietemitope_) reported from York, England

13+ hours later and I still have no service 😡😡😡 @ThreeUK

  • _thalamus Will Tisdale 🎗🏳️‍🌈 (@_thalamus) reported from Selby, England

@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

  • stevebourne33 stevebourne (@stevebourne33) reported from York, England

@ThreeUK very slow 4G in York today any reason.

  • _thalamus Will Tisdale 🎗🏳️‍🌈 (@_thalamus) reported from Selby, England

Well, I started off at 29 in the queue. Now down to 14. I guess @ThreeUK have lots of unsatisfied customers.

  • stevebourne33 stevebourne (@stevebourne33) reported from York, England

@ThreeUK any reason why the 4g network is so slow in York today.

@ThreeUK so far we've had your new plug in DIY plug in internet 3 days and I've now lost count how many times it's failed, absolute garbage and apparently we're really close to one of your masts.... bye bye three 👋👋👋

  • brindy Chris Brind (@brindy) reported

“Next iPhone could be eSIM only” worries me. I have a £20 per month @ThreeUK sim which has been transferred physically between each phone for years. An eSIM would require interacting with Three either through their self service site or customer service both of which are awful.

  • jbayrshire jsb74 (@jbayrshire) reported

@ThreeUK is your network down ? I no it’s been absolutely garbage but you can’t get on anything for the last 2hours

  • MislaMonty Allegedly Anna Ⓥ #ClimateEmergency (@MislaMonty) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The issue persists whatever the browser.

  • Neelsoni1405 Neel Soni (@Neelsoni1405) reported

  • living_life_me Living Life! (@living_life_me) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ShannonOsborrne It’s a bit ridiculous cos Smarty IS owned by three yet they make it out like it’s so hard. They all use the same network

  • charleyjaiuk Charley Jai (@charleyjaiuk) reported

@ThreeUKSupport These are the same repetitive questions that lead to the same nonsense outcome. I've had enough of the merry-go-round. The solution is to leave @ThreeUK when my contract ends. Thanks.

  • MichaelCFA247 Michael C (@MichaelCFA247) reported from Birmingham, England

Do not buy sim deals from @ThreeUK they promise one price and give you something completely different, even their customer relations team are less then useful 🤡🤡 #Complaint #Ombudsman

  • harlequin_1963 Gary Mackenzie (@harlequin_1963) reported

@jbayrshire @ThreeUK thought it was just me having problems
