@ThreeUKSupport So, @ThreeUKSupport I contacted Iceland on social media, they quickly agreed a refund and issued it to us. You guys, started to follow up and now nothing despite us tweeting what poor internet we have to put up from you. And you don’t respond at all.

@ThreeUK is such a **** network I’ve just realised. Been with them almost 10 years and they have nothing to offer. All they do is raise the rates every year. And the signal is **** too. Once my contract is done I’m going elsewhere

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve reset it and this morning we have absolutely nothing again. I’m starting to lose my cool and I’m going to cancel my contract if this isn’t resolved soon as I rely on the internet for income.
