So time for an upgrade on my phone but @ThreeUK are offering a longtime customer £58 a month whilst I’ve seen it elsewhere for £38 looks like I’ll be cancelling my contract tomorrow

@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

@RealTimVine Just don’t go to @ThreeUK. They’ll fail to send a returns package, blame you, pass your details onto a debt collection agency (no warning) and leave a black mark on your credit rating for their own shortcomings. Eventually squeezed £200 compensation but still causing problems.
