@ThreeUKSupport It's hard to say because it all flashes up briefly and screenshots don't work. I think there is more than one field with an AKA option, which may be part of the problem.

Currently dealing with the buffoons at @ThreeUKSupport, who have decided that I’ll have to pay an early termination fee for the luxury of leaving their network that I can’t use because of “upgrades and maintenance”

@ThreeUKSupport trying 2 find official take on this matter, internet going slow as device is sim free it does not use voice over LTE or voice4glte etc which results in 550mb plus 5g connection slowing to half mb when a call is in progress. I read I need three device firmwared WDF

@ThreeUKSupport You can keep your SIM upgrade because I have had my absolute gut full of your useless 4G “service”. Half the videos I try to watch on You Tube won’t even play so there’s no chance of switching to a new deal which will cost me more for the same unreliable rubbish.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes. It is the next stage that is the issue. There are all sorts of options to choose from. I can't take a screenshot. I have tried to select AKA as per the instructions but there is more than one AKA option and nothing works.

@ThreeUKSupport They were delivered to my house then I had a call from the "delivery company" saying there was a mistake and they would collect the handsets tomorrow. I am a Three customer and these are O2 phones.
