.@ThreeUK @maxine_woodward has been with the network literally a day and this massive issue happens. To have random people calling you on repeat for hours and then just hanging up and then to call her and some random person answer.. it’s crazy! Awful for a new customer

@ThreeUKSupport - can you help, neither my daughter or I can make or accept calls. We are both able to text and go online. The concerning matter is I have now started getting texts from random numbers asking who I am & also getting calls from again random numbers.

@ThreeUKSupport hi can I get a booster sent out please I’ve experienced problems where I can’t call out for 7 months now it’s just happened again... the signal in my area on Three is bad the neighbours have said. They’ve switched networks but I wish to give Three a chance

.@ThreeUK your latency in connecting a call is absolutely unacceptable. It can take up to like 10 seconds when other providers take instantly and it isn't even a conjested area. Please fix this because it is becoming incredibly inconvenient
