So time for an upgrade on my phone but @ThreeUK are offering a longtime customer £58 a month whilst I’ve seen it elsewhere for £38 looks like I’ll be cancelling my contract tomorrow

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK It’s three customers service (sorry I mean lack of) that shocks me. I have expensive bills average £100 a month, and have no help whenever there is a issue (which is a lot)!

I apologise to @ThreeUK. Was raging as their 5G is awful in London (e.g. I will have full 5G bars and nothing happens) and I thought it was their signal causing the issue but turns out it’s just Instagram and WhatsApp down. 🙃
