    @ThreeUK I have been your customer for as many years as I can remember. Just had terrible experience on your call centre. With a very unhelpful call operator. Absolutely shocking. Instead of upgrading I am going to try another company. Thought you should know! #terribleservice

Although your customer service team were great they were unable to find away to compensate my partner for £190 of lost earnings (19hours of work) due to unplanned maintenance . We are not business customers so we get no compensation. They offered £19

    @ThreeUKSupport @SBRoxMan FY1 has been down since last night. 3rd tweet mentioning this.. how can you not spot outages before users have to complain about it, you should be proactively monitoring your network!
