    @ThreeUK Since I topped up on Saturday, I've had no data on my phone, it says 'Sign In To Network.' Therefore your Cust Serv IVR sending me a link to resolve the issue is utterly pointless. I want a call back from a real person!

    5 days into a new @O2 phone account after spending 8 years with @ThreeUK and I can’t believe how poor their customer service is. No live chat. No phone number where they allow you to wait. Crap. Will be taking out the 14 day cancellation out tomorrow

    My iPhone died last night, my whole life is on it. Thanks to @ThreeUKSupport for cancelling my sim as I'm abroad so I can't get download my apps on my crap android phone as security comes via sms, thats so helpfully brilliant. Sat at a repair shop but not holding out much hope.
