    @ThreeUKSupport @HCC_TS Watford Store has today signed up a pensioner on a business contract, and kept her current contract running. They have laughed down the phone and refused to accept the product back or cancel the contract, within six hours? This is a con.Avoid, avoid.

    @ThreeUK , how come you’ve sent me an email saying a debt I don’t owe is being passed to debt collectors???? I rang you up and it was confirmed you received the device and I owed nothing, so how come you never sorted it at your end?????

    Beware phone scams. Just noticed a £29 charge on my bill. @Google tells me it could be a scam number. Thank you dear Rani @ThreeUK for all your help. Numbers starting with 084, 087, 09, and 118 are a rip-off

    @ThreeUKSupport both my phone data and broadband (both provided by 3) is not working. What’s going on? The broadband is usually bad, but not both this and my packet data at the same time (nor this bad)

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Suzi, I was contacted about the change in decision today by text, I have not been given any explanation through live chat with support. I’m only being told a refund can’t be offered, and the charge will be taken off next months bill, however I am due to leave Three today.
