    Trying to leave @ThreeUK mobile seems to be very taxing. NOT impressed. Your call centre script is appalling and I felt sorry for your staff. Your website doesn’t work. DD cancelled. Seriously thinking of contacting the ombudsman. Will never recommend you to anyone else.

    @ThreeUK yesterday we spent over 8 hours on the phone to Three today & 2.5 hours on chat. No one has provided a successful solution and due to the customer services incompetence this has now affected my partners credit rating. How many more times do we need to ask for help?

    @ThreeUKSupport So that covers why I can't purchase a 5G contract. Why are you not offering 4G contracts at the address anymore? Failing to do so doesn't demonstrate There's confidence in the quality of service on my existing plan - the main reason I wanted to upgrade.

    @ThreeUKSupport @threeuksupport Paid for x2 phones. Both were not dispatched due to internal technical issues. No refunds made. Complaints team have not responded in the times promised. Third phone failed the credit check due to 3 carrying out too many. 17 hours on the phone. No solution.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I cancelled my account in October, got a pac code and paid my last bill in full. Your billing kept trying to bill me, every month and my bank refused it. I’ve called several times to try and fix this and your support staff are useless.
