@ThreeUKSupport I got an error message telling me to stop dealing a specific number and dial another one. I don't understand why calling within Europe needs to be out of my allowance as I thought the new EU law protected us. Anyway, not even being able to dial was a problem!

@Cas_Roop @ThreeUK Same issue for me and my wife, also based in NW London and both of us on @ThreeUK. Been happening for weeks. Sometimes internet fine, sometimes 4g just wont work. Pleased to see not just us, but incredibly frustrating.

Oh yes I forgot, @ThreeUK my very last message, Having a support agent tell you that not being able to eat for 5 days is a "minor inconvenience" is absolutely absurd. That was the comment that pushed me from angry to aggressive!

@saintlysanders @ThreeUK Yeah I thought so but... They had my three number (it was a 4g router and I only had it for 2 weeks, cancelled it because the signal was rubbish) and my postcode? I asked them to send me an email, told them they would have it on record

@ThreeUKSupport I apologise for swearing but I’ve seriously had enough. There is nothing @ThreeUK can do except fix the broken Mast. 5 months with bad to no internet is terrible. I have Three for my Mobile phone and 4G router. I’ve been furloughed from work and can’t leave the house.
