@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK @Three_Is_Broken Once again, I see you are doing nothing at all to help the general public in these hard times. Received my latest bill & you are telling me my monthly charges are going up. If my £100 bills each month were not enough to bend me over!

  • LeonBanks Leon Banks (@LeonBanks) reported from York, England

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK It’s three customers service (sorry I mean lack of) that shocks me. I have expensive bills average £100 a month, and have no help whenever there is a issue (which is a lot)!

@ThreeUKSupport Took another product from @ThreeUK Alexa enabled speaker. Very poor coverage, over 3 months push to keep it, again. After 6 months I paid the whole amount to get rid of a not working system.

  • sa_jx Saj Shiuly Cowdhury (@sa_jx) reported

  • ajayk9999 Ajay (@ajayk9999) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I took a contract with 100 GB data in September to support me in case of no WiFi at home. I moved from Vodafone. However since day 1 your signal is non existent. I kept getting assurance that your team is working on mast to@improve signal but seems that was not correct info

  • MyXboxLive MyXboxLive (@MyXboxLive) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've actually managed to get past that bit now, and have my memorable name and place sorted (took months of customer service to sort). I have now just been left without any further help, can't access my account, still have no sim access

  • ajayk9999 Ajay (@ajayk9999) reported

@ThreeUK you have worst network and worst customer service. Your team does not seem to understand the issue Sitting in India they have no understanding of the issue customers have in U.K.

  • breadhead1234 Joe Public (@breadhead1234) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ajayk9999 Ajay, they’ll just take you through endless troubleshooting crap like turn on data roaming or switch on and off as a delay tactic…

  • a1vicster VictoriaCC (@a1vicster) reported

Hi @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK so despite you ASSURING me that the issue with my bill was resolved (and paying me £20 to compensate for all the stress you caused) you have STILL gone ahead and restricted my phone. WTF is going on? Why can't you sort this out? 🤬

  • AlanConnell71 Alan Connell 🇮🇪🇪🇺 (@AlanConnell71) reported

@LadyKBelfast @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Not a complete expert, but if the network name has changed (which it probably has because of the new provider), your booster (repeater, extender, ??) will need to be reconfigured. I think.
