    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK It’s three customers service (sorry I mean lack of) that shocks me. I have expensive bills average £100 a month, and have no help whenever there is a issue (which is a lot)!

    So time for an upgrade on my phone but @ThreeUK are offering a longtime customer £58 a month whilst I’ve seen it elsewhere for £38 looks like I’ll be cancelling my contract tomorrow

    @ThreeUK has been offline for about a month around here - two cell towers serving my area are being 'worked on' and every time I call, I'm quoted "we'll have the issue resolved in the next 7 days". We're on the third set of 7 days, and I'd love to know an actual timeframe

    @ThreeUK trying to get through to customer service re signal and connection issues. Been on hold for over 20 minutes. There’s no hold music though. Just silence.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s a brand new one now as had phone stolen! And same issue. To be honest I lost my phone and you sent me a sim card straight away and was very impressed with service. So restored my faith went to London few weeks ago no internet at all even though showing 4g and same now wales

    @ThreeUK what a shambles of a service. Yesterday I phoned & added on the sim pairing for Apple Watch to my data plan.Told it was be active. Still not active and after an hour on the phone I’m told that as my billing date was 2 days ago then the pairing won’t be active till 14/9!

    I'm a new customer to @threeuksupport and not a great start. Sim card was sending and receiving calls from both my Three number and my transferred number, new sim card ordered but in the meantime left with no service. What a great start ...NOT!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport The phone worked, calls were fine, contacted customer services texts also started to work then texts reverted to the Three number and then now no service. Customer Services giving different advice, so what should I do to update as I can't connect to 3 network
