Plenty of emergency alerts received to all phones connected to the @vodaphoneuk network in the house, but nothing received on the @ThreeUK network despite connected to 4G.

So time for an upgrade on my phone but @ThreeUK are offering a longtime customer £58 a month whilst I’ve seen it elsewhere for £38 looks like I’ll be cancelling my contract tomorrow

@ThreeUKSupport been trying now for 5days to get my SIM activated on my new upgrade. Keep getting told the same thing since I got the phone just wait. First it was 2 hours it will be fixed then 24 hours now it's onto 48 hours and after that I was told wait again. Can you help?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Jen, I had a PAYG but decided to change to pay monthly. Tried to move my phone number to new sim but in the end it didn’t happen as Three had issued the new contract in the wrong name. Asked them to cancel the pay monthly contract and reinstate my PAYG, still waiting!
