    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, sorry no errors. I tried the free 5G PAYG sim in slot 1 and it worked so I'm guessing my replacement sim is an old 4G sim which won't work on slot 1. I'll use the 3 app chat to try and get a 5G replacement. Thanks.

    So @ThreeUK are increasing their Pay As You Go prices by 233% per minute and 400% per text or megabyte… "Being the cheapest" was the *only* thing keeping me with them because it sure as hell wasn't the signal quality…

    @ThreeUKSupport Highly Frustrating ---- Spoke to Network team many times last couple of times they have disconnected me while investigating the issue and didnt have courtsy to call me back....they want £80 for early termination which I am happy to pay ...

    According to @ThreeUK customer services there is a UK wide problem with your networks @ThreeUKSupport Yet your network checker says everything is fine. This is now the 3rd month of crippling problems. You refunded me last year but are now telling me I have to wait for updates???

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Chris, but I was told the account would be closed as I handed back the sim and home broadband device to the store. Now £46 out of pocket for a mistake by Three employee. Will you help resolve or just again point to a complaints page? Cc @MartinSLewis

    @ThreeUKSupport come inn sort this signal problem Out in sheffield 8 it's a ******* joke webe had no signal for 27 hours not good enough cutting us off from the world sort it out!!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport It is still really bad today. When will this on going issue since last year be fixed? I had ai cube that I couldn’t use as well. Need to get home broadband as you can’t even supply mobile broadband or calls that don’t drop. I’m leaving! I’m not paying for something that is poor.
