@ThreeUK who can I speak to...? I had the misfortune of dealing with 2 very unethical call handlers: One was a salesman type. Other was the supervisor. I'd like to lodge a complaint because these guys are mis-selling and will dupe vulnerable customers to hit their sales target

@ThreeUKSupport Customers who rely on your service for work would appreciate something a little less vague. If you don't know what the issue is, say you're investigating. If you do know what it is, communicate with a ballpark ETA for a fix. And update your network status checker. Basic stuff.
