@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK It’s three customers service (sorry I mean lack of) that shocks me. I have expensive bills average £100 a month, and have no help whenever there is a issue (which is a lot)!

@VodafoneUK Well that’s incorrect…. I switch to a @ThreeUK sim into my gigacube and it works fine with the PlayStation and isn’t restricted to NAT type 3. It’s a Vodafone network issue, admitted in multiple Vodafone forums. Please correct your information

My signal strength at home with @ThreeUK has dropped considerably over the past year - even if connected to Wi-Fi calling, with optimal Wi-Fi strength. Think its time to try a few payg, see who provides best signal, PAC, and leave Three👋 Most are unable to get through to me.

@ThreeUKSupport So Scott, this Is why I don't enjoy services like Three's, I have not reviewed a single message or email, and the device I was told would originally arrive today was apparently delivered on March 19 by "me"... I can garentee it wasn't. Your process is terrible.

@ThreeUKSupport He went back today to cancel the contract and take the hub back to the store. The customer assistant REFUSED to take it back. He said he HAS to go back on Monday!? Meaning he’ll accrue 2 more days of charges for something he is well within his consumer rights to take back...
