    @ThreeUKSupport Ordered my upgrade on 24/1 to be delivered 26/1. Lied to twice that it was sent, then told there was an issue with the order. Had to cancel and reorder under a different price plan losing out on early upgrade after 12 months. Didn't work. Reorder again and the phone arrived..

    @ThreeUK your website user experience is pretty terrible. You make the user login multiple times during a simple process like changing pw. can't change my address -you say it isn't valid when I look up, but i can't enter manually. Get a new web agency or fire your in-house team!

    @ThreeUKSupport My contract expired ages ago on my iPad. Your website and app will only let me upgrade my package rather than downgrade. From your perspective, this could be good. From my perspective, this seems like a bad business decision as now I’m looking elsewhere.

    @ShokerRajdip @ThreeUKSupport I've been trying to raise a complaint for weeks, but every time I get through the advisor speaks then magically hangs up.. Its disgusting. About to send my upgrade back and go elsewhere. 10+ years also, they don't care.

    @ThreeUKSupport I will try. Really not happy. Manners and courtesy cost nothing regardless of the current situation. Ita called customer service for a reason. Theres absolutely no excuse
