@ThreeUKSupport When I try to make a call I receive an error message saying that there’s no network. And it does not show that it is connected to a local network, it only says No service

@ThreeUKSupport I've even had an engineer text me after the second time reporting to say its fixed yet nothing changed! You company is absolutely useless to be letting a major problem like this go on so long! Outside me area I can get over 20mbps download speeds in my area I get 0.2 to nothing!

  • vesi_xoxx vesi ✨ (@vesi_xoxx) reported

@ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been outside of the UK for a year now and don’t know when I would move back - at first my 3 SIM worked well, however after my contract ended and I switched to PAYG, I’ve had absolutely no service. After speaking to your colleagues through livechats 1/3

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, no nothing is working since I got here about 10 hours ago. All settings on my phone are fine and I've restarted multiple times. Data and roaming are on but no network can be found. Can you check my account roaming settings?

  • vgoldie Maimai (@vgoldie) reported

@ThreeUK @samaritans Worst network ever....no signal Total waste of money

  • SteveMeek82 Steve Meek (@SteveMeek82) reported

@HuaweiMobileUK I need some help with my AI Cube, @ThreeUKSupport have advised I contact you. When multiple IoT devices are connected the router lags and other devices often get disconnected. Rebooting helps for a day or so then need to reboot again.

  • SteveMeek82 Steve Meek (@SteveMeek82) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The device doesn't appear on their support pages. It's as if it doesn't have enough oomph to deal with more then a handful of devices, IoT devices then cause things to lose connectivity. If you reset the router it's fine for a few days, then the problem returns.
