    @ThreeUKSupport It doesn't help. I'd like to downgrade. There isn't really a lot of support for that kind of action at carriers. Odd

    Finally got a call back from @ThreeUK customer 'service' about a complaint. Then had to call them back - long list of options, none relevant, on hold for ages. Finally gave up. Can't wait for my contract to come up so I can change providers.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I have been trying to pay a bill and cancel my mobile internet account since Thurs, your phone lines have "technical difficulties" and hang up, your live chat directs me to phone, and you've given me another number which doesn't even accept calls. Help?

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely appalled with your customer service teams today... been put through to 4 different people, two of which are extremely rude and I’m still on hold and haven’t resolved my issue! It’s not been over an hour!

    @ThreeUKSupport Still no SIM card received. 11th day without network and counting... Thought someone victim of fraud would have been made a priority dispatch for a replacement SIM card obviously not. Appalling customer experience @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been awful the last 3 Thursdays! We are just on mobile WiFi so not sure if we can only get 3G...our phones are on a diff network and are fine
