    @ThreeUKSupport My case has been escalated. I’m waiting for a THREE agent to call in the next 72 hours. But - in the meantime - I’m practicallly getting no service tonight (not even basic streaming). Tomorrow morning I have a work video call and I’m afraid the situation will continue @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I have two accounts with you ipad/ iPhone I would like to know why I have been charged almost double this month on my iPad bill? IF I had gone over my allowance then why wasn’t I notified? I’ve tried customer service 1/2

    @ThreeUKSupport I have already spent hours on chat to three this week and the problem was not resolved. I am exhausted of having to deal with this, it's really not fair! I've spent too much of my time on the phone and chat to three for a mistake I didn't make

    Thank you @ThreeUK - having spent an hour trying to speak to the technical team I have heard 3 people have their dinner and then another hang up on me multiple times. I hope they enjoyed their meals, but I definitely did not have a solution to my WiFi issue....

    @ThreeUK Hi. I submitted my claim to Samsung for the S21 ultra buds and tag. Samsung are asking for proof of purchase. I submitted the paperwork that came with the handset but have no other receipt. Can you help please?

    @ThreeUKSupport my three account was registered to a nonexistent email address when the rep on the phone set the account up with my phone number. it hasn't been an issue as I haven't really had a reason to check the account so I just dealt with it up until now. 1/2

    @ThreeUK if my reception gets any slower I may as well just cancel my contract and get a landline, it’d be more reliable... it’s 2021 and I’m not even getting 1mbps. But you’ll happily charge me £32.50 a month. Absolute shambles.

    @ThreeUK some of the worst customer service I have ever seen! Were promised a £70 refund because of terrible service and spoke to a lovely lady that said we could also cancel our contract without fees. Now being told the £70 can be applied as credit towards EXIT FEES of £100+
