    @ThreeUKSupport 👋🏻 Incredibly slow data speeds in HR2 today, both on my phone and from our 4G broadband box. I've turned both on and off a few times. Nothing showing in your Network Status checker. Has the wind blown the internet bits away? xx

    Having a proper 'Karen' moment today, fuelled by the customer service advisor at @DPDgroup_news telling me that, despite them holding my parcel, "nobody at DPD can help you, sorry". Erm...what? Seriously, upgrading with @ThreeUK was quite possibly my stupidest moment to date.

    @ThreeUKSupport There’s an issue with dpd that requires a phone call from yourselves to resolve. But because a phone call was made resolving one issue no one will call them again to resolve the second related issue. Basically dpd need someone to tell them to release the package

    PLEASE! DO NOT JOIN @ThreeUK Home 4G broadband. For me, First 6 months was perfect and then hardly any service for the next 6 months. The technology doesn’t seem to be up to it for now! I spent months resetting router and constant tech calls with no resolution.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got a delivery problem. Unfortunately whilst your staff loosely speak English they don’t understand it and my god are they rude on online chat
