@ThreeUKSupport please someone help me three is the worst company!! My phone has been cut off for three day’s. I’ve not been able to make any calls, chat services if off constantly having technical issues and no customer telephone service. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS
@ThreeUKSupport Got new SIM - eventually. Dongle still not working unable to get through on phone or chat. Heading for 3 months without Dongle working. Please send a new one as promised. Mohd - We will check after this and if you still face the issues then we will replace the dongle as well.
@ThreeUKSupport Yes looks like your ‘geeks at work’ is also working from home or rather not at all. After 10yrs this is the reward to be a customer
@ThreeUKSupport I have no other option, you really need new systems as they have been down since Wednesday. Its really not acceptable.
@ThreeUKSupport I already did that to an online agent and the coverage checker, it said no issues. My signal has been brilliant, until 2 weeks ago when work was carried out nearby since then its been awful.
@ThreeUKSupport 333 advising to use app, app down, 444 won't allow me option 1 to top up. This after 3 months unlimited credit, now expired, in apology for not providing the service I joined for (5g, Cardiff). Result: I can't use my phone. Need to make urgent call. Please advise
@ThreeUKSupport I can't do anything with my phone.. I've paid my bill and Alan in China said it's up to 48 hours til back on due to technical issues.. am I getting money back cos I'm paying for a box with wires in at the moment.. 🤷🤷🤷👎👎👎
