@ThreeUKSupport Surely a lot of people wanting to use your network in central London is something you could predict and plan for? Along with your lies about inclusive EU roaming, this makes me minded to go elsewhere when my contract ends.

@ThreeUK when we first got our 5G broadband (couple of months ago) the speeds were great, but now we are struggling to hit 20mbps (router never moved). What happened? We are in SE23 in LDN. Did you change something about the network? If so then we will cancel as this is poor.

  • jakewilliamson4 Jake Williamson (@jakewilliamson4) reported

@ThreeUK is by far the worst service 🫠 Can’t wait to change

  • gunnytron mark williams (@gunnytron) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Signal is still very poor. I am lucky if I get 1-2 bars of signal and it's on H+.
