@ThreeUKSupport Thanks for the reply. Sadly the response on DM is indentical every time. What phone do you have? Have you tried restarting it? It's a temporary issue which we are aware of etc. The bit fails again shortly afterwards. I think I'll just contact @three 1/2

@ThreeUK disgusted with your signal check and cover and not being able to get a signal to complain. When I do get a signal I am asked to call from another number to discuss the one I have an issue with, tried a second phone and same message. I’m not a phone shop. 😢😤
