Julie Fisher (Bods) (@JulieBRFC) reported@threeuk just taken me over 45 mins to cancel a mobile broadband that I’ve been charged for without ever being used! Address details were not updated when moved even though the phone contract was changed. 4 years out of contract at 15 a month!

This has been happening since monday. It is now Wednesday. It is happening on 2 three data sims and 2 three mobiles Postcode WA41JE.
