    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK It’s three customers service (sorry I mean lack of) that shocks me. I have expensive bills average £100 a month, and have no help whenever there is a issue (which is a lot)!

    So time for an upgrade on my phone but @ThreeUK are offering a longtime customer £58 a month whilst I’ve seen it elsewhere for £38 looks like I’ll be cancelling my contract tomorrow

    @ThreeUKSupport I realise that. I was including three to try and get a resolution. Maybe you can work with them to fix this. Seems bizarre for them to not be able to send a SMS to any number.

    @ThreeUKSupport what on earth has happened to the customer service on the 3 webchat? I have now contacted you 3 times to try & sort out an issue & I’m no further forward. I’ve been a 3 customer for years, & your customer service used to be really good, but it’s terrible now.

    Ok @ThreeUK I’ve been really patient but you’ve just cut me off again I’m trying to upgrade, I’m done with you unless you sort this out. 12 years mean nothing clearly. I appreciate you have system issues but I’m over it.

    @ThreeUKSupport Data roaming is and has been off. I know I can no longer use my unlimited data abroad which is crap. I’m going to @VodafoneUK when my contract is finished

    @ThreeUK 6th April Travelodge burton in Kendal M6 NB, absolute crap signal all evening under 0.50 on Speedtest, Later evening around 31 then 6am up to 89 then bang on 9am back to under 1.0 Any reason why ?

    @ThreeUK is one of the worst customer services I ever had. as telecoms are being replaced by #internet systems new tech players is sad to be treated by customer service that ignore the client & create fake processes to make things in a way to change hidden costs

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, it’s been terrible since last night. Even using other speed test sites I am experiencing the same issue. I’m unable to download simple files >100MB with hotspot and 5G broadband.
