@ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

@ThreeUKSupport cancal my contact as I refuse to ring again to cancal spending an hour on the phone basically been told by 20 agents why I should not cancel the call centre is a nightmare no one listens

@ThreeUKSupport Rang up again today and was told by Shamshuddin that he can't cancel it as it's now way past the time I took it out. I canceled less than 24 hours after buying it on 17 march . He told me to pass it on to someone else ! Shocking

My @ThreeUK experience: Order broadband, says I should get 4G+ speeds Doesnt even meet Universal broadband promise Cancel in cool off period, Three says account balance wiped for troubles. 2 months later chased by credit company, 3 claim error. Month later chased again (cont)
