    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    So @ThreeUK and @Huawei_Europe between the pair of you I am unable to make calls to land-line numbers either three you have a problem or its huawei with there last update which I have installed both companies need to get you act together

    So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

    @ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

    @ThreeUKSupport Sometimes it’s fine and sometimes it’s not, I’ve never had an issue with my phone before and never had a replacement sim, I get signal in the Norma places. But it’ll drop at random moments

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi,all I know is that I regretted joining Three about 2 months into a 24month contract! I had nothing but poor service on the network and customer service when trying to resolve the network issues I constantly had! Month 24 I could cancel with nothing left to pay as you can see.

    @ThreeUK @UKHonor @JackHoward I have contacted Three many times in different ways. Three are taking 3 different amounts of money out of my bank account every month. Nothing is being done by you about this please sort. I am disabled and I am in my mid 60s. this is no way to treat any person.

    Hi @ThreeUK I have an existing PAYG SIM. Want to purchase the 16gb summer data boost for £10 however the option is not appearing on my app nor when I call 333. I have called three who couldn't solve my issue. Please could u provide a customer service number for some1 who can help

    @ThreeUKSupport You failed to fix a basic function of a mobile phone. Short code or not, they are texts and I expected you to fix it as my plan and network provider. You couldn't fix it. Your employees invited me to find another provider, they represent you. You are in breach of contract.
