    @ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

    So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

    @ThreeUKSupport well done, first I got incorrect information, then the wrong phone was delivered, then you set up my contract with the wrong amount & now I've been charged twice as much as I should just when your call centres are all closed! Awful service this time around 😡🤬

    @charltainton @ThreeUKSupport Seems like they just have a lack of support at the moment due to the corona, I wouldn’t worry too much given the current situation. They will just have to get their money when they get it and be contacted when available, given the circumstances I’m sure they’ll understand 😊
