So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

  • JP_Simpson
Paul Simpson (@JP_Simpson) reported from Scunthorpe, England

@andy_stones @ThreeUK Same here, with the number although I think I ported it over from another network 🤔

@ThreeUKSupport I’m having lots of problems with calls disconnecting today, happened dozens of times. Is there a current problem?

  • _thalamus
Will Tisdale 🎗🏳️‍🌈 (@_thalamus) reported from Selby, England

@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

  • _thalamus
Will Tisdale 🎗🏳️‍🌈 (@_thalamus) reported from Selby, England

Well, I started off at 29 in the queue. Now down to 14. I guess @ThreeUK have lots of unsatisfied customers.

  • nickhat75
Nick Hatfield (@nickhat75) reported from Cliffe, England

@EE @O2 @ThreeUK you all claim on advertisements your No1 for network which one of you is lying ???

  • bethanyrayanne
Rayanne (@bethanyrayanne) reported from Scunthorpe, England

@ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

  • steve_8257
Steve (@steve_8257) reported from Thorne, England

@ThreeUKSupport Iv called my land-line tonite and that rang and iv spoken to a friend mobile to mobile and that w we nt thru, I'm assuming u had a glitch on the network which has now cleared

  • Mainstreamlive
    Airlim (@Mainstreamlive) reported

@coveragechecker @ThreeUK I was surprised by a lot about it, I used to work for three so I knew there were some good places but recently since they have merged the signal around my city has just dropped quite hard, I’ve reported it many times but they don’t seem to get back to me lol

  • tedmirra
    Tiago Sá (@tedmirra) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I thought about building somthing related to this. Would you pay for a service where you could have a Sim card online? To send / receive sms.

  • IndieDevFire
    Alf ❤️‍🔥 (@IndieDevFire) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Use TOTP 2FA instead of Texts. It's safer and you avoid this problem

  • Tessek1983
    Tessek (@Tessek1983) reported

Hey @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK are you ever going to fix the signal in Darlington town centre 2 years at least the transmitter on bondgate house has been down and nothing done to replace

  • jnafr
    FINGERSJOHN✌ (@jnafr) reported

Back in B43 Uk dreadful service @ThreeUKSupport

  • nojohokomodobo
    kojohobojyotomo (@nojohokomodobo) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK They don’t cancel your sim for that. I’ve been out the uk since April. You’re just a tit clearly

  • ivanrosadev
    ivan (@ivanrosadev) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK wtf that’s an insane thing to do with so many important things relying on 2fa via sms, which by the way I hate

  • idrees_suhail
    Suhail 🔥 (@idrees_suhail) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Three just... sucks as a company. Giffgaff has worked great for me (keep your number, free texts receiving anywhere). Or move all 2FA to authenticator apps now that you're maybe forced to change it anyway

  • whisperity
    Whisperity (@whisperity) reported

@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

  • stevelacey
    Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you should consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK
