So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

@ThreeUKSupport Three should really consider using native English speakers for complaints, it would benefit everyone and provide far better customer service. It would cost more, granted, but I don’t really care about that - the customer service from outsourced foreign call centres is crap.

@ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

@ThreeUKSupport I ported my number to another provider on 29 Jun, but as yet I've no confirmation from Three that my account is closing/closed. Any idea when I will? I've just paid another monthly DD to you and I'm not sure whether that's correct. My site login no longer works

@ThreeUKSupport Normal customer service webchat. I was told that my contract had changed to a rolling monthly contract. Therefore the T&Cs had changed & Go Roam charges applied. That didn’t make sense to me, as a) I’d been on a rolling monthly contract from the start & b) hadn’t made any changes

@ThreeUKSupport I did - well they told me they did, yes. Both Dad and I have been long-term customers of Three, this was a disappointing interaction to say the least. I’ll be moving my network. 🥺

@ThreeUK I'm trying to get a yearly overview of my data usage for every month. It's absolutely impossible to do it. Why do you make this so difficult? I have to go into each individual month, click on usage, note it down, repeat for each month. Why make it harder for consumers?

@ThreeUKSupport Ta, they’ve been removed so back to no signal in centre of Lytham, eldest daughter has summer job there, no signal to contact me to pick her up after shift late at night, have had to get a giffgaff sim so now paying twice. Any chance I can end her contract early without penalty?

@ThreeUKSupport hi, I've had unreliable network coverage in SW17 for the last couple of weeks (using a 5G hub). It had previously been faultless for months. Is there an issue in the area and how long will it take to be resolved? Thanks
