Bryn (@brynwilliams81) reported from Kirk Ella, EnglandAfter 17 years I think it’s time to consider a move away from @ThreeUK never had a issue in the past but over the past few months the signal as been terrible. Christian Ashton (@christiansufc) reported from Crosby, EnglandSo it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

V B C (@vbeautycosmetic) reported from Welton, England@ThreeUKSupport can you tell me why you make it so difficult to leave your network?
-
Rayanne (@bethanyrayanne) reported from Scunthorpe, England@ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.
-
Paul Simpson (@JP_Simpson) reported from Scunthorpe, England@andy_stones @ThreeUK Same here, with the number although I think I ported it over from another network 🤔
-
V B C (@vbeautycosmetic) reported from Welton, England@ThreeUKSupport Funny thing is, we only switching numbers so we're still on 3, but you're making it so difficult to cancel the other number

chey (@axtumnbreeze) reportedI was under the impression that with the Vodafone3 merge, I'd get better signal, so sorted a new sim and phone through 3 as I never had an issue. Since the masts were being merged, its been awful. Its ridiculous @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK never had this many signal issues beforehand🙈
-
Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.
-
niko (@alienLDN) reported@ThreeUK so I asked you to cancel my contract as it comes to an end and you haven’t done it just to screw more money out of me. Shame on you I will never be your customer again
-
Louisa Guise Author (@whatiwrote_) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Yikes! I have never heard of this happening.
-
𝐏𝐀𝐈𝐆𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐎𝐍𝐈 (@P_L_M97) reported@ThreeUKSupport why is it when I have full signal nothing ever works on my phone ???? Your signal is appalling since merging with Vodafone sort it out I’ll be leaving when my contract is up
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
