The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

@ThreeUKSupport they were very blunt and rude on the phone, spoke to 2 live chats and 4 people on the phone who said it would be fixed in 4 hours, then 24 hours and now we have been told 7 days which is when we return to England. Said it’s a problem with the network but wouldn’t go into detail

@ThreeUKSupport It is NG2 5HF. Your service status on the web page says work is going on..... but this has been going on for months. I spoke to someone at three who said it would be OK in "a week". That was more than a month ago and it is even worse now. I need to know when this will resolve.

It is absolutely ridiculous that I get better phone signal UNDERGROUND IN A TRAIN TUNNEL than I do in the major Stratford area! Come on @ThreeUK , you're not really making me want to stay with you when my contract is up!

Hi @EE please improve your signal in South bucks and South Oxon. I never had anything but a superb signal from @ThreeUK but yours is a mixture of awful and non-existent Even the M40 from Stokenchurch down to J6 is dead. Why so bad? We have a mast less than 1km away

@ThreeUKSupport only 3G on my phone and Mobile Wifi is also not working. Chat not helpful. Please sort out the network in NN160DR, I’m working from home and need internet. Thinking of moving to different provider as this is not the first time and very frustrating!

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport is there a problem at the moment with the mobile network? Cant seem to get any data at all unless i use WiFi. No data or signal at all. And all i ever get is H or H! instead of anything else. 🥺
