So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

I used to find @ThreeUK excellent, but they did away with free roaming, are less than transparent, and can't even match deals found via other vendors for phones and Sims on their network. If things improve I may return, but I think our time together has just ended.

@ThreeUK trying to cancel contract on lost phone. Have found better deal. Was cut off on online chat where I was offered a ‘cheaper’ overall deal, but it isn’t really if you do the maths so I still want to cancel and get PAC code. Can you help?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Three. Do you know the pay as you go phone line doesn't work? It asks you to talk to a person or press 2 to continue with the top up but when you press 2 it takes you back to the main menu! You go around in circles and can never get to top up!

@ThreeUK why is it my network coverage is getting worse nationwide. Almost non existent in my village. I am connected to WiFi calling g when at home.....but what when I venture outside?

Avoid @ThreeUK like the plague, worst coverage ever, 5g ain't 5g and their mobile hot-spot is a scam. Avoid at all costs you will be ripped off

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK As a new customer - I have to say your customer support (from a US perspective) SUCKS. It has taken more than a week to try and move a number from Pay as you Go to a monthly contract. No one can tell me when it may be complete.
