Christian Ashton (@christiansufc) reported from Crosby, EnglandSo it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

Paul Simpson (@JP_Simpson) reported from Scunthorpe, England@andy_stones @ThreeUK Same here, with the number although I think I ported it over from another network 🤔

Bryn (@brynwilliams81) reported from Kirk Ella, EnglandAfter 17 years I think it’s time to consider a move away from @ThreeUK never had a issue in the past but over the past few months the signal as been terrible. Showing as 5G and still struggling to connect to anything. Not ideal when you need to rely on a good signal for work
-
Joanne Hutson (@hutson_joanne) reported from Hessle, EnglandThe customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡
-
Rayanne (@bethanyrayanne) reported from Scunthorpe, England@ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.
-
Tim S Kemp (@timskemp) reported from Anlaby, England@Gamma_Business @ThreeUK seems to be a small problem no 4g data in Hull just now, switched to 3g and all ok.

Sir Richard B-H-Soame 13th BT (@SOAMER) reportedSo when will it happen? And your misleading tv add that your investing 11 billion in to the network yet you fail to say 4.3 billion of that is to buy @ThreeUK #ukmobilenetworks #vodaphoneUK
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK Exactly what I was doing, and apparently that was the problem?
-
Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.
-
Joseph Sinyor (@josephsinyor) reported@ThreeUK My new broadband router from NextDayBroadband arrived today, but there’s a 3 outage from day one. Your status page gives no ETA, just “we’re working on it.” Customers deserve better communication and at least an estimated resolution time. Poor first impression.
-
You Can Call Me Honey (@babylonlover29) reported@ThreeUK you have the WORST customer support personnels EVER!
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
-
ivan (@ivanrosadev) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK wtf that’s an insane thing to do with so many important things relying on 2fa via sms, which by the way I hate
-
Mike Baldwin (@Ralph_Hapschatt) reportedIf someone phones you pretending to be from @ThreeUK, asking you to read them a one time pass code, two them to **** off.
-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
-
CoverageChecker (@coveragechecker) reported@Mainstreamlive @ThreeUK Surprised to hear that.. considering its all part of VodafoneThree, and you should have access across the entire network of Vodafone and Three masts. Although I know its not full coverage so you might just be in a dead spot, depending on where in the country you are.
