    The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

    @Gamma_Business @ThreeUK seems to be a small problem no 4g data in Hull just now, switched to 3g and all ok.

    @ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

    So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

    @ThreeUKSupport I have had to set my Virtual number to go to my Three Mobile and GiffGaff; even today GiffGaff was passing more calls to me than my Three mobile, so the issues were still active until at least 18:00 today.

    @ThreeUKSupport I already have. Last time, was a call, and after to and fro about whether device/ISP at fault was then met with a silent connection (took an hour) and prior to that was told issue would be escalated but no response after a week. Bad and futile experience.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately speeds here are still under 2mbs, what's happening three? We have 5 sim contracts in our household and all are showing slow internet speeds the last 3 days! Please check the Eh23 mast area! Something isn't working as last week we all had 73mbs speeds.

    @ThreeUK Well hopefully you can get your PAC codes out to customers that have been requesting them for over 2 days via phone calls, texts, online and live chats. Awful customer service!!! Always something going on with Three....

    @ThreeUK @SamsungUK 3=worst coverage ever. Work in london and have called drop out all the time. Never had that with EE. Cant wait for mh contract to end !!
