After 17 years I think it’s time to consider a move away from @ThreeUK never had a issue in the past but over the past few months the signal as been terrible. Showing as 5G and still struggling to connect to anything. Not ideal when you need to rely on a good signal for work

So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

Never ever ever using @ThreeUK again. Diabolical customer service and they make cancelling a contract almost impossible, there are so many hoops to jump through. The store won’t do it at all, the phone lines have a fault and their online service is manned by morons.

Hey @ThreeUK. I’m really tired of your service, my signal is shocking and I can’t even load 30 second videos or send texts because of it. If I am unable to change my phone, price tarrif, or arrange a way for it to improve. I won’t pay my bill because it is absolutely awful.

@ThreeUK Client since 2016, was victim of your data breach which forced me to create a new contract and "renew" it after the GO Roam and now have to pay 2£ a day. Way to treat long term customers. @virginmedia has much better deals, greater communication, customer support. Bye!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty. Thank you for replying. It is everywhere. I was in London Saturday and all I could get was 'emergency calls only'. Plus at home I don't get even that. I have had the same SIM for probably 8 or 9 yrs come to think of it.
