The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

@ThreeUKSupport I have tried your live chat tonight twice and both times been cut off. Gauresh and Supriya. I am no further forward after 45mins. I want to know why I can't get mobile internet signal anymore? I am lucky if I have H+. The service is a complete joke!!

@ThreeUKSupport Was supposedly being referred to the technical team. Haven't heard a thing since. Wish I'd googled 'using Three mobile in USA' would have anticipated issues. Not good enough though!
