Rayanne (@bethanyrayanne) reported from Scunthorpe, England@ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

Christian Ashton (@christiansufc) reported from Crosby, EnglandSo it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

Alex Havoc (@HavocAgain) reportedIt's only fair that I say thanks to @ThreeUKSupport for getting service in Worcester back to something like normal(ish) after nearly a week of disruption. Although it would have been nice to have some form of communication about what was happening and why. @tomcollinsworcs
-

stevie (@stevie_builds) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...

rawkingcoconutwater (@rawkingcoconut) reported@ThreeUK Why is your coverage strength on your signals so poor , people pay for 5g ans yet no service at all in central areas , are you scamming customers by selling a product you can’t offer , authorities should shut you down take action against your company
-
Neil Stratford (@neilstratford) reported@VodafoneUK Why has your network become useless in most of Norfolk? 3G turned off without being replaced. Now @ThreeUK is also just as bad since you took over. Phantom signal that just doesn’t work for anything other than 2G calls. @Ofcom need to investigate.
-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.

Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reportedI've been infuriated with @ThreeUK for over a month. My iPhone shows 4G or 5G and 4 bars of signal, yet I can't load webpages, check email, view social media or even load my @MCardtravel app to open my bus ticket. I thought the @VodafoneThreeUK acquisition was to improve signal?!
