  @ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

  After 17 years I think it’s time to consider a move away from @ThreeUK never had a issue in the past but over the past few months the signal as been terrible. Showing as 5G and still struggling to connect to anything. Not ideal when you need to rely on a good signal for work

  @TheBetterStuart @ThreeUK I'm on @iD_Mobile_UK which uses 3 and the signal is appalling everywhere. I won't be renewing when my contract ends next year.
