    @ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

    So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

    @Gamma_Business @ThreeUK seems to be a small problem no 4g data in Hull just now, switched to 3g and all ok.

    The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport If the app didn’t crash 4 times while I was trying to order it, it would be the right colour :( I guess I’m stuck with it, I don’t want to reorder I’ll just end up with an extra contract. (Don’t have any faith in the call staff after calling them a few years ago for help)

    @ThreeUK Shite network. No 4g. Crap 3G. It’s amazing how my work phone on EE is excellent but the worst coverage and the customer service ever Over paying for a crap service. Can’t wait to leave in June.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I am so disappointed! I literally just joined Three and already have issues which is the reason I left my last provider. Your customer service team is poor and I have been trying to port my old number over for over a week.

    @UswitchUK @ThreeUK I no longer trust @UswitchUK. This network is Pathetic in reception Even more Pathetic in CS And more pathetic network coverage Highly Pathetic signal status inside buildings And The Worst People to buy a contract with phone because their phones have lowest specs.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s just poor. A service shouldn’t get worse and worse surely? When I’m uploading files to my server it takes forever. If all this is normal, then maybe I need a new normal.
