@ThreeUKSupport I finally got through to someone on the chat yesterday afternoon and was told to expect a call from the security team within 24 hours. Still no call back. This is extremely stressful I don’t understand why someone can’t contact me and explain what had happened to my account. Help

@Fudgel11 @ThreeUK That's their lingo but other networks have their own names ... No other networks give really unlimited like three does, they all slow you down and/or have max limits or fair use policies... I have the TV, mine and G-Kids tablets all using YouTube running on it at the same time
