    The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

    So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK The WORST customer service. Long standing customers. Huawei mobile router with 2yrs warranty bought from 3, now broken. Huawei have given authorisation for 3 to replace. And 3 won't do it and tell me I should take it up with OFCOM!

    @ThreeUKSupport A refund for monies taken after I had ended my contract. Again I have been assured that the issues around refunding it have been sorted and am waiting the obligatory 3-5 working days for the refund.. about the 8th time I've been told this

    @ThreeUKSupport This link never works it always says please try again later. My download speed is 20mbps on the broadband but my phone is 80 I have a mate 20 pro that only has 4g surely the router should be quicker?

    @ThreeUKSupport had a conversation with customer service . Delivery delay with no simple apology and update the situation. Top of that over charging in monthly payment . What a mess!

    @ThreeUKSupport Twitter support can’t do anything. Online chat support is barely available and took so long I had to abandon it the first time. So now I can’t access any of my bills. I suspect this happened when my account was automatically changed to a new plan.
