    @Barns2011a @Shajeda1032573 @ThreeUKSupport It should be, but this usually happens when there is no signal from 3. If there is, but the network cannot deliver calling capabilities, it doesn’t always use the emergency mobile roaming agreements. Sure, no signal, this would work for sure. But it gets more difficult 1/2

    And for the second time in 6 months, I've once again had no phone signal for hours thanks to @ThreeUK and @ThreeUKSupport Shame for them that both my and Mrs RR8s contracts are up for renewal as you're going to have to work VERY hard to persuade us to stay after this

    @ThreeUK If the outage continues for more than 48 hours, affected customers may be eligible for compensation per Ofcom rules (£8/day after two full days of total loss)
