  @ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

  @YTJustGetATesla @ThreeUK Im gradually moving off Three. EE gives a better signal and my company does a deal where I can choose any network and get a monthly contract SIM (not locked in) for a better price than I get elsewhere.

  @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...

  @ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.
