So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

@ThreeUK I eventually got full service back 10 hours and 30 minutes later. Business day an absolute write off thanks to your ineptitude and unwillingness to communicate with us YOUR CUSTOMERS. I understand things happen, but this whole situation has been unacceptable. People rely on you!

@ThreeUK No mobile internet for two weeks, apparently due to 'another company'. I can see the mast, it's not snapped off, so fix it. I don't want a refund, just make the system work.

@arrynffc @ThreeUK It's a simple fact Aaron. Yes they did and some people's livelihood rely on a reliable service. And while yes things do happen and can't be helped the length of time to fix, poor communication wasn't good enough. In some cases, compensation is appropriate I think.
