    @ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

    The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport Yeah that’s fine but I’ve been cut off completely, I have no service at all. And even when I try to get a data passport it doesn’t come up with the right page, it just defaults to the home page.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m a pay monthly customer yes. I did get warning about my fair use data but didn’t think anything of it as I thought I’d still be able to make calls and get a data passport. I’ve been abroad for 6 weeks.

    @ThreeUKSupport That's absolutely dreadful. Someone I know who is terminally ill under heavy medication has been overcharged by over 2k 5 years after the contract ended. As a carer noticed this by accident and told your customer who is beside herself especially when males in India talk her down.

    Hi @VodafoneUK . Very disappointed to have no roaming calls or texts while in Latvia these last 3 days, despite removing bars in app. Never had this problem with @ThreeUK -connected to local network on landing every time. Time to switch back, I think. So much for 51 destinations.

    If you are thinking of moving your business mobile phones to @ThreeUK Business, don’t! Despite monthly calls to @ThreeUKSupport they have failed to include my business name on any invoices yet and their @SalesforceUK customer portal is utter garbage.
