  @ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

  why don't old people understand that us young folks don't have access to everything on the internet. dad needs a new SIM card but @ThreeUK won't issue one because dad doesn't know his account details.. dad thinks I can just access his emails because "you do the internet"

  @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!
