    So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

    The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

    @ThreeUKSupport I cancelled my contract a year ago and still being charge. Cust service said they see I requested to cancel but it never was. Now I have been on hold for a cancellation expert for over an hour! and I am being told that you will refuse to pay me back over £500!

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry 3, but your 4G speeds in my area over the last week have gone from very workable during the day to abysmal with no sign of improving. I can't now use 4G to support home working and had to have a fixed-line reinstalled. Slower speed but consistent connection.

    Trying to leave @ThreeUK mobile seems to be very taxing. NOT impressed. Your call centre script is appalling and I felt sorry for your staff. Your website doesn’t work. DD cancelled. Seriously thinking of contacting the ombudsman. Will never recommend you to anyone else.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I cancelled my account in October, got a pac code and paid my last bill in full. Your billing kept trying to bill me, every month and my bank refused it. I’ve called several times to try and fix this and your support staff are useless.
