    The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😑😑😑

    So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. Β£70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

    @Gamma_Business @ThreeUK seems to be a small problem no 4g data in Hull just now, switched to 3g and all ok.

    @ThreeUKSupport The expensive one is a direct upgrade on your website. The other is via uSwitch as a new customer. You don't want to retain customers, that's fine.

    @CBTwizard @MartinSLewis @ThreeUK Can you cancel the contract? For online/phone (distance) sales of mobile contracts, the cooling-off period is 14 days. The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, but some companies allow a longer period.

    @Jamesefield @ThreeUK the issue is that since then, I ve noticed that jitter was increased. it was already way worse than 02, now they killed it completely.
