  The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

  My family and I have 4 SIM cards with @ThreeUK , but we couldn’t contact each other all day. This isn’t the first time—it’s a complete disgrace. You’re quick to send bill reminders but fail to provide basic service. We’re seriously fed up. #ThreeUK #PoorService

  @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK No I can't my full phone keeps saying emergency calls only and I have no signal at all I have to keep switching my phone off when it loads I have signal for about 1 minute then it crashes again. Haven't been able to call or text anyone all day and have missed 2 important calls 😞

  @ThreeUK You're not sticking to your side of the contract. I really can't afford to run my business on your network. I'll be investigating how I can end the contract early. This happens far too often.
