So it looks like @ThreeUK is down yet again. Good job I've got wifi at home. £70 for a contract that can't be used since around 11:30pm last night is a joke. Definitely considering changing providers #PatheticNetwork #

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Scott, the £33 is because the your customer support got the pricing wrong on the monthly charge for my upgrade. I also didn't get my six months Spotify, which was part of my upgrade deal. I've spent hours trying to resolve this on the phone.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Ali. M41 6PS. I'm fairly sure we are being barred from 4g and rerouted onto 3g. Last week the message was engineers were working in area, so we tolerated poor servive. Now says should be fine, but isn't. Thanks

@ThreeUKSupport @smfeest Hi,this is a joke😖: i bought a SIM card/pay as you go. I've looked everywhere, no phone number indicated on the card or packaging. Navigating the website, I read that one needs to register the IDDC number On My3 but to register I am asked my phone number !!!.Please help
