@ThreeUKSupport my mum had a problem and she rang up and they said they will credit her account with £20 she got a text message to confirm this and she’s rang up today again because it’s never shown on her account, apparently this credit was never applied

Been with them for years now & have always been happy with @ThreeUK I am really losing my patience with them now! The @ThreeUKSupport has been terrible! Waiting for a number transfer now for over a month, told it would be fixed today, now it’s hopefully tomorrow! 😬🙈😡

@ThreeUKSupport I’m having issues with my signal. All day my data has been patchy and then tonight I can’t send text messages. I reset my phone, one sent and half hour later I sent another and it’s failed again.

@ThreeUK thanks to your crap network today my car insurance has reversed because I didn’t get the warning text until now. I could have gone and put money in bank first if ild have known. Your service is getting worse, defo looking to move now!!

.@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK is absolutely the worst. Signal as been shocking for over 6 months and really expect me to believe that it will be sorted in 7 days! 😂 like I am going to believe that. Spent over half hour on the phone with them and expect me to pay over £1000 to cancel my contract!
