    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Three. Yes they’re not great at all. I never got a PAC. So not sure where this has come from. I did say I will be leaving if this didn’t improve but haven’t done so as of yet.

    @ThreeUKSupport I charged them using the power cord supplied. I charged them from 7pm last night until 9.30 this morning. I finally got a result after almost 3hrs on the phone. Three are sending me a third pair in the post. If these don’t work, we will cancel the contract

    Been with them for years now & have always been happy with @ThreeUK I am really losing my patience with them now! The @ThreeUKSupport has been terrible! Waiting for a number transfer now for over a month, told it would be fixed today, now it’s hopefully tomorrow! 😬🙈😡

    @ThreeUKSupport my mum had a problem and she rang up and they said they will credit her account with £20 she got a text message to confirm this and she’s rang up today again because it’s never shown on her account, apparently this credit was never applied

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve managed to sort my issue thanks to Lucas at the King Edward St store. Was given a faulty accessory and when I tried to return it, I was told that I was wrong, it wasn’t faulty. Lucas tested it and I wasn’t wrong.

    Well, this @ThreeUK outage is becoming a little tiresome. They keep telling customers they are getting back to normal, but no sign of any service here. Only been with them a week... I wonder if there's a cooling off period #threedown @DowndetectorUK

    @ThreeUK is absolutely the worst. Signal as been shocking for over 6 months and really expect me to believe that it will be sorted in 7 days! 😂 like I am going to believe that. Spent over half hour on the phone with them and expect me to pay over £1000 to cancel my contract!

    Not best happy with my @ThreeUK choices right now. Due for upgrade, but will hugely lose out on data, plus have to pay an upfront cost, for an equivalent if not lesser by comparison handset. Long term customer. That may change. Soon.

    So, I’ve been a @ThreeUK customer for many years and would recommend them to anyone, normally. But today, I have had enough! They sell you a contract that you cannot cancel. They sell faulty products with next to no support with exchanges. I have been on the phone with them /1

    The customer service in the @ThreeUK St Stephens store is disgusting! You really need to have the staff trained in the products they sell!!!! Angry isn’t even close to how I feel with the service today! 😡😡😡

    .@davidhaycock - I’ve spoken with them on live chat and have been able to get discounts as the signal is so shocking. Apparently a fix was supposed to go in last week but seems like nothing has materialised as the signal remains bad in M22. Shameful, @ThreeUKSupport

    So @ThreeUK, I have had constant issues regarding BeatsX headphones that we received as part of a new contract with you. We received an exchange last weekend for a faulty pair. The new pair were also faulty. You sent us a third set which also didn’t work! So, I took both pairs

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I'm on PayAsYouGo sim (a sim you forced on me as otherwise my monthly contract would charge me for data abroad!), have a monthly allowance added, did not reach the cap, and yet, I'm in Germany with no signal at all! Help please?
